Was looking to buy a 2 in 1 laptop. I had done some research online first but still wasnt sure what I wanted. I was helped almost immediately after walking in the door and both the guys that helped me were very knowledgeable. The one I picked wasnt in stock :( however it was shipped to my house free of charge. I ordered it on Saturday evening and it was at my house when I got home from work on Tuesday. I had a 10% off coupon on my phone that for some reason wouldnt ring up with my sale. I was told it was come off my credit card bill, but when I got the bill it hadnt. I called the best buy credit card company and they were a joke. She told me straight up that there is absolutely nothing she could do for me, I could contact the store and see if they could help me. I live over an hour from the store so I opted to call instead of stop in. They were amazing. I was credited the 10% to my card over the phone with next to no hassle. I highly recommend them!

Very poor customer service. Most of the staff is not knowledgeable about their products although they will pretend to be. My wife and i purchased a repair plan from Geek Squad and every time that I have went in to see Geek Squad to repair my, or my wifes phone it has taken at least an hour and closer to two. They have issues every time and I have to slowly explain to them how to do something or what their rules are, using simple, small words so that I dont have to worry about dying of old age right there in front of them. I had one guy assisting me for half an hour before he admitted that he had no idea what he was doing. Needless to say, I avoid this Best Buy if at all possible and I will not be continuing any plans or purchases from them.

Well it all started with the Arbys nearby. I went into Arbys to get chicken fries and left with some bland chicken tenders. So, I thought Id go to best buy for lunch this time. When I asked the greeter, Jacob was his name I think, about their famous chicken fry meal, he told me that they dont sell food. Im getting tired of this. I asked for his manager but he just walked away and came back in a different shirt and said he was the manager. I ended up just buying ghostbusters on blu ray. The new one, not the good one. Needless to say, it was alright.

My children want a 2ds for Christmas everyone was sold out including Best Buy. Saw on the website best buy had a couple of 2ds only red but that was fine I went in and they were sold out was a little disappointed asked about the next shipment figuring Id have to come in another day and hope I could get a couple Adam H is the greatest he was able to order them for me no other store I had been to even offered thank you so much youve made two children very happy this Christmas season

Went there to buy a TV. The salesman was horribly pushy and didnt know what he was talking about. He was saying that a TV with a 60Hz refresh rate was going to have blurry motion. Yeah, maybe if frame rates on live programming were higher than 60! And still not really. He kept trying to get my to buy a TV with a 120Hz refresh rate, above my price range. He said that even a news ticker would be blurry. I want to know which news program he watches with such a messed up frame rate.

Good deal on a new refrigerator. Part of the sales push was free delivery. They told me Id be contacted within 48 hours to arrange drop off. No call so I called them. They then told me that delivery would be 3 weeks later. NO ONE needs a new fridge next month! So we picked it up and happy with it so far, but dont tell me free delivery if you cant deliver in a timely manner.

I recently have made several purchases at Best Buy---Ring Pro (Doorbell), then a Ring Chime and a few days later a computer mouse and mouse pad. This is usually my "go to" store. They generally have a good selection of products. If you need help in a particular department it can be difficult to find someone available as they are busy. Id recommend Best Buy to everyone!

Got a dishwasher from them with a dent. Been trying to get it replaced for over two months now. I will never purchase here again. Bought the extended best buy warranty as well and still NOTHING. Update: still not replaced paying third party to uninstall it and I will probably throw it through the front window just like the discount tire commercial. FULL RETURN

My husbands favorite store. I got all my appliances from here. And I even got my smart phone from here. They are SO helpful by letting us know about all the different cell phone plans & even gave us free gifts with smart phone purchase. Plus they have a Samsung phone expert there at all times, so if I have a question, theyre there to help me.

Clean store and helpful staff! The only reason there isnt 5-stars is my wife and I were looking around for help and had to flag a guy down to help us. He was very nice once we grabbed his attention (he was from the geek squad), the gentlemen then helped us. Nice guy to step up and do a role that is out of the tech support/repair role.

We were due for an upgrade and the sales associate told us to not do a two yr upgrade and it would not cost us anymore more or cause are bill to go up.....WRONG WENT UP BY 60$ A MONTH....after us asked multiple times and them promising we were getting the best deal...and of course bill comes one day after return police expires!!!

They may be good for purchasing appliances but I would not buy supplies there. I shopped there for a printer cable and they had the highest price of the three stores I checked. They were 5 times the lowest price! I dont know about their service, but based on that experience, I would be wary of their parts pricing.

Went in there to return something and they needed an ID, which my boyfriend didnt have on him. Thankfully however they took my ID instead. Another lady I talked to was very knowledgeable about the S6 and helped me with Google now on my phone. She was also just really nice to talk to in general.

I went there today(2/22/11) and was looking for a home theater system to buy on Monday or Tuesday when I get my income taxes back. But the salespersons chose to ignore me. I was in the home theater section for 30 mins before I said screw it! Oh well I guess abc warehouse is getting my $!

Any one who knows a little about tech, gontesrvur local hest buy. Mines a joke. Staff is very incompetent and they were acting like they were right about an i3. Processor being a great processor. To find out he doesnt even no what a processor is.. plus an i3. Isnt good. Its basic.
