I was given a detailed quote prior to installation. When Advanced (Joe) issued the final invoice, he conveniently issued the invoice for items that were in the original quote, but never installed. It turned into a very negative experience. Once I questioned him on this, he became aggressive, making threats, etc. STAY AWAY, FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
