Rude employees whove never shown any interest in helping resolve issues I was having with a SurfaceBook I purchased from them. Directed me to call Surface support. I took my chances with the Lexington store and had a rather nice experience - took the time to reproduce the issue I was having, sent a note to the MS Surface Technical team and emailed me the suggestions recommended by the MS tech support. When those recommendations failed to make things better - they promptly offered to swap out my 9+ month old SurfaceBook with a brand new machine ! Thats the kind of customer service I expect on a $2K + purchase.

As a gray beard I am challenged by technology. I stopped by and the two representatives took the time to explain my problem and even wrote how to do it on my own so I could get things working again. Dont hesitate to purchase an item from here. Im sure they will help you as they did me.
