Man with balding long straight hair was completely rude. Along with the woman at the service desk. Exchanged two boxes of diapers which they didnt have the right amount in the same brand box so I settled for less and got the closes amount (each was a lesser amount of diapers). When I was exchanging I rang up I owed $7.00 I ask the lady why I owed when Im losing out on 50plus diapers. She ignored me..... I asked her again. She said stated in the most hateful manner. Im just going by what the register says.. I DONT KNOW. Marion Walmart if full of hateful people. Terrible customer service... Slow lines.

I called this Walmart and some lady told me that I could pick up the items I had accidentally left there the previous day, at customer service. I went into the store to claim my (purchased) items and the lady at the desk said they put them back on the shelves and that she didnt know what I was talking about. I was pretty upset at having to walk through the store again collecting my re-shelved items with my three children in tow.

Store itself is okay. Typical Walmart. The site-to-store is a great tool BUT they do not take care of the products that are shipped there. Have had to return several pickups due to lack of care: boxes partially destroyed and the items destroyed. Even when the boxes are clearly labeled fragile they somehow are destroyed. How hard is it to move boxes/shipping items?

Always a line to stand n. Stood at customer service 30 minutes for a return. Needed a money order. Had to go to another line. Needed paint had to hunt help for 30 minutes. Then at the checkout we have 25 registers and 5 cashiers. Stood for 30 minutes more. This is why we go to other stores when we can. We can get n and put of those stores n 20 minutes.

They really have much of anything anymore. They always run out of merchandise never stock up when they run out of some. They also stop price match so they is not much of a reason for me to go to Wal-Mart anymore. Now I can get it cheaper somewhere else. Wal-Mart really suck BAD.

A lot of items are not priced and I have found in many instances they are priced higher than they actually are. Any questions you may have you will get various answers to. Most employees have no idea what the polices are. Its extremely frustrating.

The girl that was running the self check outs tonight was extremely rude. You dont stand there and shake your head in front of a customer because you are frustrated with them. I am very disappointed in her actions.

Never have I seen a store ran so poorly, they need a whole new management team and "managers" in the front end shouldnt be called managers bc they dont know how to do their job aside from a couple of them

I hate going to this Walmart. The aisles are always blocked, and with that many people in the store it makes navigating the aisles harder than need be. The store could use a good clean up too.

It is a horrible experience everytime I go in there they will be swamped and instead having all the registers opened they have maybe 5 and I dont use self check because that takes away jobs.

Just like most Walmarts. The grocery section wasnt bad. Needed to find an ice cream scoop. That took a while. Couldnt find someone to help. Some one who doesnt work there helped us.
