I wouldnt recommend this company unless youre interested in having money taken from your account w/out permission. I signed up for auto-pay as an easier way to make payment. However, they cannot get their act right. I was charged 1 week payments when it should have been 2, and then charged again. Ive called 3 times to get this issue resolved and still yet my card is charged. I will be calling today to get my things taken back. It shouldnt be that hard to process the correct bi-weekly payments. Would not recommend this company.

The Manager is very disrespectful Im returning my fridge and buying it somewhere else even when your payment is not due they harass you my payment is not due until Mondays and people start calling on Friday and sometimes come to my house and leave a note!When my payment was behind which I payed only being 4 days behind someone claimed they seen someone laying on my couch the only way to see that was to enter my house or look thru the windows which really crossed the line for me!That person should have been fired!

Got bad service , after the 1st month and then I try to return a TV , but they said I have to wait next month so I said fine , then I try to have to send it back but said they will get it on the 27 of feb , but they came a week earlier and pick it up , try to talk to manager but it was a lost cause , so if you get anything Please, Please look at the contract and they charge you for a membership that you dont need , only person was nice was the young man who was a rookie *

The manager here will not work with you at all, and is rude, condescending, and will make up rules to try and swindle you out of a buck. Make sure you bring in print outs of policy so you can call her out, otherwise these people WILL take advantage of you.
