This is a hometown store, not a real sears store, this means they will not stand behind defective products that they sell the way a real sears store will. We found that out the hard way. Bought a craftsman product thinking it would last. Refused to start, we tried to return it to the store within 30 day, was told that they would not take it back, we had to take it to Madison for repairs. DO NOT make the mistake we did in assuming that because the store says "SEARS" they stand behind what they sell. The owner Nicky Day (if you look in the reviews, gives her store bogus 5 star reviews) was consulted and she refused to honor the 30 day return policy. I would recommend spending your money at a store that does stand behind their products. In our experience all this store wants and cares about is the money you spend there. In our experience if there is a problem they wash their hands of it and you have to work out on your own. Shop at this store at your own risk!
