Ive bought from this store, numerous times. Which goes against this rating, I understand. However, Best Buy is really the only "local" electronics store in the PC/PCB area that covers the higher-end products. I think I have finally had it with the store. Roughly three weeks ago, my GF decided shed like an Apple Watch. So I talked her into going to the store that evening and just looking at them. I saw that none were in stock via-the website but I knew that the stocks arent always up-to-date in my past experiences. We get there, and we stood around with my GFs 2 and a half year old daughter for TWENTY minutes, before someone helped. After roughly 10 of those minutes, I stood about two feet from one of the employees just surfing the computer and when he finally looked, I told him that we needed assistance. He told me that he needed some time as he was helping other customers. Oh, alright. I can KIND OF understand that. Until I saw him helping three different sets of people after talking with him. I finally found someone else after those 20 minutes, and that individual found ONE Apple Watch left in the 38mm. GREAT! After 30 seconds of talking to her, we said we will take it. No exaggeration here, it took her THIRTY minutes to bring it to us. What we got was "Sorry, it was put on the wrong shelf." ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Oh, and I am a Samsung fan-boy/user and I buy, usually, nothing but Samsung. Their "Samsung Employees" are the biggest nitwits Ive ever spoken with. I knew more about their current product line-up, AND the future line-up than they did. I heard them lie to another customer. I ended up "educating" the other customer correctly. I, truly, hope after this fire that the PC - Best Buy experienced, they reevaluate their staff and train. train. train... Oh, and get managers who are actually managers and not rudimentary high school students/graduates.

I came in today and had two people help me. For that experience I am grateful. I was thinking about buying my daughter an electronic dictionary so we found one but it cost much more than I could buy it online from Amazon. I asked for some help on price matching and was sent to the back of the store and waited with my 8 year old for almost 20 minutes. I go back to the front and this guy is like yea, yea. I will send someone back to help you. After almost another 20 minutes I just gave up. I took the electronic dictionary up to him and put it on the desk and say thats OK Ill buy it online. He starts laughing about it. I go to my truck and think hey I have been shopping here for years, let me go and talk to the manager. Absolutely no help. Oh and by the way, while Im wait he is laughing at me in front of my 8 year old kid. He tries telling the manager I threw the electronic dictionary at him. I call him a liar and he is yukking it up with his friends. He thinks its funny...What a waist. I have spent thousands of dollars in this store but I told my wife never again will I go into that store again. I have not ever in my life been treated with such contempt by a employee of the store. My only good thought that I get from thinking about this guy is I know his life is pathetic and unhappy. After looking at all the one stars that this store has gotten there is problem with this store. I do not recommend anyone to ever waste your time there. Go anywhere else but here. I would look at Sams before I wasted my money on a store that you can definitely beat their prices.

visited this store 5 times in one week, each time for a different product. twice i was looking for a weekly sale item, and twice they were sold out and never got more product in stock on their weekly truck. next was a head unit that showed to be in stock on the website, but the associate looked for it and claimed the only one they had was being installed in a vehicle which is why it showed to be in stock. then theres the companys website, it is terrible to navigate, and having to sort through hundreds of online only items to find something that is carried in store is ridiculous. lastly, calling the store to see if an associate can locate an item is a lost cause, they will do exaclty what you have just spent hours doing, looking on their website to see if the requested item is in stock, then recommend that you buy what youre looking for from their marketplace online, which is 3-5 times more expensive than leading online retailers. i was able to purchase an item from a competing online retailer, choose 2 day shipping, and it still costed me less than BB advertised sale price before tax. having an associate ask you if you need help when youre standing there making eye contact with everyone that passes by is unacceptable.

Best experience ever! Came in to look at laptops where there was only one person working with three separate customers! He looked at me and politely asked for a few minutes while he finished up with his previous customer. After about ten minutes he came back to me to show me the differences in the laptops they had to offer rand how they applied to how I thought I was going to use it. I answered a few question which narrowed the selection down between a 2 in 1 laptop or a MacBook (portability was key). Throoght our transaction customer and employees where still receiving help from the employee that was helping me which he had mentioned he was the team leader of that department. He never skipped a beat and still was able to help me make up my very indecisive mind. I purchased a MacBook with some accessories and applecare, which geeksquad was able to setup my first macbook for me andown give me a few tips on using it . I will never shop any where else and will recommend anyone who has technology needs to see the team leader in the computer department there was literally no question he didnt have an answer for!! Thank you Best Buy Panama City!!!

Went there to get a replacement charger for my laptop. The guy from the computer section sent me to the Geek Squad desk. Two geeks were helping customers and two customers were waiting. I asked whether one had to take a number or sign a waiting list and was told just to wait my turn. Approx 20-25 min passed when it was finally my turn. In the meantime another lady had arrived with her laptop and hollered at the geek who was about to help the next in line (me!) what customers with appointments had to do. He asked for her name and checked his pc and told her to come to the counter. I expressed that I was waiting now for over 20 min and just wanted a charger. These items were displayed right behind the geek. In a very rude manner, he turned towards me and stated that I can make an appointment for that! Naturally, I was so pissed that I left the store and I WILL NOT EVER SET FOOT AGAIN in this place. I went over to Office Max and got the part. After that, I bought a dishwasher at Home Depot although my hubby had already picked one out at Best Buy while I was waiting. So double loss for you, Best Buy!
