This is potentially one of the most poorly managed retail stores Ive ever patronized. Unfortunately, Batteries Plus was the only local store in my area that carried a battery for my ATV - forcing me to purchase from them. I sent a friend to purchase the battery for me... and that only begot the following problems. The battery that I purchased held a charge for approximately 2 weeks and then became faulty. When the battery warranty information was recalled in the computer, it noted my friends name (now out of town) on the sale and therefore he was the only member who could claim the warranty. After much go-round on the phone and with the store, I met my friend at the store in his city to exchange the battery. This is where I learned that the stores are not networked and a defective battery can only be exchanged where purchased. This is more of an inconvenience than its worth. I guess Ill stick with the big retail shops... theyre successful for a reason.

Hi, I just wanted to reach outhe and say Ive been all over Anderson today trying to find a battery for my cell phone and let me tell you NO ONE had it. So I called a friend and they reffered me to your business and let me tell you how absolutely pleased I was. I was greeted by a gentlemen named, Desmond! Not only did he hold the door for me before I was even ready to get out of my car but he had a huge smile on his face and was extremely welcoming. He wasnt pushy like the other places I had been too. He was super informative and patient with my lack of technology! He was an absolute sweetheart to me and genuinely seemed like he adored his job. I also found the battery I was looking for and he installed it for me! I just wanted to reach out and tell you how much I loved my experience! Ill be sending my friends & family out here for sure! Desmond deserves a 5 star rating! Sincerely, A happy customer!

I was looking all over town for a battery for my truck, and every auto store I went to was over-priced and had low-grade customer service! Then I found myself at Batteries Plus Bulbs and a representative by the name of Desmond helped me with everything I needed and gave me even more information so that Im never in this predicament again! Youll be seeing me again.
