"I was treated like the scum of the earth" In the spring of 2016 my wife woke up with a horrible head cold. She called me at work and asked if I would pick her up some generic Sudafed at Walgreens. Without a doubt I told her yes and that I would go ASAP. So I left from work and went straight to Walgreens and when I went to purchase generic Sudafed the pharmacist said that she could not sell it to me because she didnt have a relationship with me. She ended up recommending another medicine that she claimed worked just as well. My wife took the medicine that I bought and it did not work like the pharmacist claimed. So today 4/27/17 my wife had the same issue so I went back to Walgreens and the same pharmacist said and did the exact same thing as last spring. This time I said no and that I would just go somewhere else because I knew the results from last spring. I went home and two hours later I came back to the same pharmacist but this time instead of wearing my normal clothing " blue jeans and a t-shirt" I put on a suit that I only wear to church. When I walked up to the counter I asked for the same exact medicine and she sold it to me with no questions asked. After I paid for it I tried to ask her why she would not sell it to me earlier and her only comment was " Sir I dont have to explain anything to you" and then she just walked away and would not talk to me anymore. I am a good man a good father and a successful business owner. I do not deserve to be treated like this it is not fair.

Nearly every time I go to this Walgreens I am treated respectfully and my prescriptions are filled in a timely manner-even while I sit there. The most time Ive ever had to wait for a prescription to be filled was about 20-30 minutes-not too bad. Theyve even worked hard to get my wifes prescription transferred from one Walgreens to theirs quickly. I have read others reviews and have seen negative comments,but I have to say I have nothing but positive things to say about this store. Maybe its down to one employee for them.Luckily I havent had this problem. Keep up the good work Walgreens...

I was told to wait and something must have happened because I didnt get out on hold. I then could hear the woman in the phone saying horrible things about me and discussing me with the other people working. I also have had them tell me they wouldnt help me get my full prescription when other Walgrees have in the past. Very disappointed. Its worth the extra drive to go to a Walgrees that isnt completely incompetent.

I waited on hold for 20 mins while the automated phone system told me I was next in line to speak with the pharmacy ... When they finally answered .... I was told the pharmacy did not open until 9 am ... THEN WHY DID THE ROBOT MAKE ME WASTE 20 MINS OF MY LIFE !!!!

We always have trouble with one woman at the pharmacy, who doesnt know how to use the system. Tells us there are no refills and doesnt know how to put prescription slips into the system correctly. Ill be going to a different Walgreens to avoid such incompetence.
