my experience was wonderful the store was not busy when I went in and a smiling young man behind the counter named Ben greeted me, I was visiting from out of town and was having major issues with my samsung note 4 Ben informed me that they were no longer a service center but I was in luck because he would be able to check a few things out with my phone to see if he could get the issue fixed, he did a few things to the phone and it started working like it was suppose to. I think it is a really bad decision on Sprints behalf to take away service centers people like to go in and look at someone face to face when talking about their phone issues, things get lost in translation over the phone especially when there is a language barrier, I can understand a company wanting to cut cost, however at the expense of their hard working employees in the STATES and their LOYAL CUSTOMERS SINCE 1997 like myself, it makes me question why Sprint is not as loyal to US!!!!!!!!!!!! My phone worked long enough to get me back to Ky where I live and I ended up having to drive over 50 miles one way to the Sprint Cooperate Store in Louisville Ky, because they took the service techs away from our 3rd party store here in Elizabethtown KY, dont get me wrong my experience with Kevin S at this location was great, HOWEVER this LOYAL SPRINT CUSTOMER SINCE 1997 was not happy having to drive another 100 miles Round Trip to Louisville to have her phone looked at and then sent off for repair, after driving over 600 plus miles back from our Florida. It is my belief that Sprint really needs to figure out another way to cut cost, and not by removing the service areas like the one in Panama City and the one in Elizabethtown, Ky. Not much to say aside from the fact that EVERYONE in this store is absolutely dreadful! I dont care if they do work on commission their customer service is absolutely horrid! They all need to be retrained ESPECIALLY ben an skip. I have been a sprint customer for well over 10 years an never in my days have i encountered such lack of communication between the merchant an consumer! They are always in a Rush ,never wanting to give you a straight forward answer, an always just looking to make a quick buck! Its obsean! Just not worth the hassle! I almost gave up my service at sprint because of this store! Im telling you if you want a better an less stressful experience an better hands on explanations with the product your purchasing at a sprint store then its worth the drive to the CORPORATE STORE ON TYNDALL PKWY. Inside the radio shack! Next to the Callaway Wal-Mart. Completely stress free environment their Very professional an help you answer every question you could ever think of. AS for this store! Its the worst ever! ALSO SEE COMMENTS BELOW!!! EXPLAINS EVERYTHING!! joe russo comment is SPOT ON! Glad im not the only one that sees this is literally the worst store ever! Please take drive to corporate store!

have had nothing but problems with this location as a matter of fact im still waiting on my phones that were over nighted last week, and for some reason no matter how many times i call no one answers, just find it funny a store that sells communication wont answer the calls, in the past week ive called at least 8 times and no answer. dont wate your time go somewhere else

The worst sprint store to ever exist . The employees are unfriendly , the problem with your phone is always your fault . They tell you anything and later say they never said that and act like you made it up . You walk in with a problem and leave with the same problem . Would NOT recommend this store to anyone . For sales and service go somewhere else .

I have been extremely happy and grateful for the service and knowledge of the employees at this location since switching to sprint 4 or 5 years ago. Ben has always gone the extra mile to please! With plans and service changing so rapidly the employees are always on point with whats available to suit you.

Been going to this place for years steadily going downhill as it appears the whole Sprint network is and there quality of dealing with their customers they are polite expensive unreasonable and they dont do any service work here they want to sell phones and thats it

Sprint isnt the best carrier.. but this store is pretty bad. There is always only one person there that barely speaks english with a thick accent that makes her hard to understand. She is very sweet and tries her best to help you but sometimes thats not enough.
