Sean & Chris were tremendously helpful, even with a type of service they dont normally deal with. They were attentive and able to refer me to the appropriate people and the process was much smoother than I had experienced elsewhere..

Slow slow slow......stood around for 20 minutes with no help and i just bought a case and a samsung wireless dock.They were nice and helpful when they finally got to me. Cancel your afternoon plans for this one.

Long waits. Not that many people in the store but there were only 2 reps as I was informed. Save some time and cash try out other retailers. Other store around the corner had cheaper prices.

Not staffed well enough. If you are going to sell a product there should be someone there to help you when you come in. Sat and waited for a half-hour , still was not waited on.

Friendly staff and great service. Staff here cant do much about AT&T tyrannical policies. But, staff at this store are very friendly and do whatever they can do.
