There have been multiple times (currently only able to remember 2x) Where I had been directly lied to. I had recently received an iPhone 6(even though Id asked for an iPhone 6 Plus I was caught up in the moment of excitement) anyways— I had dropped my iPhone 5 and it had shattered so the reasoning for the visit to this store was to make claims on our protection plan (WHICH they had admittedly lied to then, again, as they told us from the start not to get Applecare as Sprint handles it, then I was told the opposite, each time Ive been in this store Ive been told the absolute polar opposite(it seems as though HOW nice of a day theyre having (manager and all) as to whether or not they make sense or stay true to their commitment!)) So BACK TO THE POINT my iPhone 6 has a crack in the screen which is running down the entire length of the phone from being dropped from little height—I get it, my fault my problem GUESS WHAT THOUGH WE PAID for the sprint care as THE MANAGER of the SPRINT store had expressed theyd fired the previous employee that told us TOO to get Applecare and not Sprints Care Package(honestly now that Ive been back and theyd completely turned their position around saying it would cost $200 for this phone to be repaired after while being in the store prior, upon agreeing to purchasing this phone, theyd said itd be near $40-75 for a screen replacement, now its $200 AND THEYRE TELLING ME TO TAKE IT TO THE APPLE STORE?????) So this store has a way of doing what they want to do when it benefits them. When we inquired about apple care for THIS PARTICULAR IPHONE 6 AS I KNEW THIS MAY HAPPEN I was ready to purchase ANY protection plan as SPRINTs was made to sound absolutely PHENOMENAL comparatively and again, the story switched up and now its 75% MORE than what was PROMISED from the beginning I would not have taken this offer had I known they would go back on it, I will go into the store again and directly speak with the very same Manager that had told me these things from the start. I suggest this store has a review of its policies and its employees are absolutely full of it!!!! Im a published Bio-Chem med student, Im not a dumb ass, I also helped code and develop the original iPad and developed iOS 4 so I know what is what and how and why and all the other "peculiarities" there are to KNOW ABOUT ANYTHING APPLE BUT I cannot SAY I KNOW SPRINTS MOMENTARY PLAN CHANGEUP?! So there was no misunderstanding on my part, if Id of recorded the conversation from the start I gurantee that store would be placed under new management, and I will not stop until what was said to me is made to be of reality. YOU DO NOT STRAIGHT OUT LIE DIRECTLY TO YOUR CUSTOMERS AND THIS IS ONE OF MANY TIMES IVE BEEN SCAMMED AT SPRINT BY THEIR EMPLOYEES LYING AND OR PRACTICING UNDER TABLE SALES—

PAY YOUR BILLS WITH PRE-PAID CARDS!!! Avoid overdraft fees. Read further... I received good customer service from this location, but the service that Sprint offers is not what it claims to be. "Within 1%" of Verizon is not true, at least not in the vicinity of 28th Street and East Beltline. I made the switch and ported my number over to Sprint. The data speeds were terrible and the greatest signal I received was three bars. It took a good 3-5 minutes for me to get directions via GPS so I could drive to Lansing. Then, when I decided to switch back to Verizon, nobody would help me. I stood at the Verizon store across the street at Woodland Mall and only had 2 bars of Sprint service versus 5 bars of Verizon. They claimed that I get around 30 days before I go into a collections status, but then you only get one letter and they warn you that they are going to charge the entire due amount with ANY credit card that you have used to pay online or in-store REGARDLESS of weather or not you used said credit card to set up auto-pay. That means that THEY STORE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO IN THEIR SYSTEMS in the event you leave and port to a competitor.

I have the dangerous, explosion prone note 7. This has been an enormous inconvenience and this store in particular has been a big part of that. Not only have they repeatedly told me "not to worry about it because its very uncommon", theyve also told me "it wont happen to you because thats a different batch and none of those exploding phones are in the U.S.". There are currently over 90 cases in the US alone. The final straw: I called in to make an exchange. I was told they received phones half hour ago. I had asked if I could reserve one but was told I couldnt and it was first come first serve. So after being stuck in traffic for an hour to make this exchange I arrive to find out theres one left and its being held on reservation. I had literally just spoken with this store and told them I was coming over ASAP. All in all its pretty frustrating.

I arrived just after opening on Saturday. There were already several people being helped as well as waiting. I looked around aimlessly for help, before inquiring about a wait list I was put on. After signing in and sitting for over 45 minutes, at the same time watching several other people come in and not be acknowledged, and walk out, I did the same. What a bad experience this was. They looked, and may have been understaffed, but that is no excuse to overlook customers, and explain the ridiculous process they carry out. Im not sure how they were ever going to make their appointments that you see scheduled on their message monitor. Walked out very disappointed, and will not return. Work on your customer service, seriously!!!

Horrible experience. Even with an appointment we waited almost an hour to talk to someone. Then the order I had, wasnt working and needed to be canceled, and redone. They talked us into buying speakers we didnt need, (that wasnt even a good deal) The next day when trying to return the speakers, we waited for over 2 hours before we decided to leave. I needed up going to another sprint store to return the speakers, and I didnt have to wait at all. This store is the ONLY sprint repair facility around Grand Rapids. This needs to be fix BAD.

I am really sorry for the pain and suffering you are going through. I once was a Nextel and Sprint Store Owner and Service Repair Technician. I have been thru a lot of chances with Sprint/Nextel. Most of my customers called me DR. NEXTEL and I have repaired lots of Sprint Phones over the past 20 years and this meant nothing to Sprint, so if you are not getting any where you can find me @ USAVE PHONE REPAIR on Plainfield. I look forward to hearing from you.

Was not greeted people waiting all over the store looked to be only 2 people working, any other sprint store i have walked into at at least greeted me and acknowledged me both employees just lookee at me and didnt say a work. So no clue where to go or what to do as i was sent to this store by another sprint store and live 45 min away ended up walking out after waiting a half hour and no one said a word to me the whole time. Horrible service.
