Very unhappy with Pharmacy service. Technician filing with insurance was unable to get it to process, so I said I would return the next day to pick up because the other medication was out of stock, and would not be available until noon the next day. When I arrived at 1:00pm the second medication had not yet been processed, so I again said I could return later to pick them up. When I returned, I was told it had been rejected by the insurance because it had been been "filled elsewhere" yesterday. I explained it was in the same store, and I had not picked up because I was waiting for the second medication. The technician could not seem to undo the first transaction, and said I could not have it filed with the insurance, but could pay full price. I also tried calling to speak with someone to clear up the matter, and was on hold for over 15 minutes, as I drove across town, hanging up without having my call answered when I arrived at the pharmacy counter. Now I cant have the prescription sent to another pharmacy, because they still say I picked it up the day before. I believe they may need better training in processing prescriptions. I am three days now into my illness, with no hope of receiving my medication. As I post this I am on hold again trying to speak with management to resolve my issues. I have been on hold 18 minutes so far..and no response. My advice...take your prescriptions elsewhere!

Do not use this pharmacy for important, potentially life saving, prescriptions that need to be refilled in a timely manner. The most unhelpful pharmacy staff I have encountered. No one was willing to go the simple steps of even calling other area Walgreens to see if they had a very important medication in stock. I was told the medication is in stock and would be filled. When I called to inquire the status, I was told the medicine should arrive the next day. The medication did not arrive the next day and no one seemed to be able to tell me when it would arrive. I was transferred from the call center numerous times and had to continually reexplain the situation upon someone answering. When I got upset with the person who was not willing to find out the information I needed to know, the staff member hung up on me. The most rude and unhelpful staff in the pharmacy. I finally was transferred to a Walgreens in Gulf Breeze who actually had the medication in hand and she is the one who told me they could actually transfer the prescription to another pharmacy in town if needed. Why wouldnt the Lynn Haven staff offer to tell me that when they knew they couldnt help get the needed medication in time? Its simple, basic customer service!

This location is NOT open 24/7 anymore and hasnt been for more than a year now. Really should change that information on Google and your website. I think you should have at least the call center open 24/7 so we dont have to run to the ER for simple things that can be answered by them. Or if anything they could transfer you to a location that is open 24/7 for those just incase questions. Like in my case I had to fill a script at a different pharmacy and I didnt do all of the dumb questions of what all current medications am I taking, I just wanted my antibiotic and go.... well I didnt even think of my synthroid maybe interaction with the antibiotic. Yes my fault but if the call center at the very least was open I could have asked them because they do have all of my medications on file. AT LEAST KEEP THE LYNN HAVEN LOCATION OPEN 25/7 OPEN AGAIN!

Went to this store to fill a out of state prescription for my wife while here on vacation was told no problem come back in a hour and a half. Came back three hours later and they had not even called the other Walgreens and by then it was too late because they where closed.t here solution was to give us three pills and come back in the morning We are staying fifty miles away and only went there because we were in town seeing relatives told them to forget the order because not going to drive 100 miles the next day. Terrible customer service. Never had a problem with my regular store.

Absolutely unprofessional, discourteous and received medications either too early or too late, depending on whichever incompetent person was working. They were rude to each other in front of waiting customers, after 7 years at other wonderful Walgreens I will never do business with them again because of Lynn Haven Florida store, Suzanne weaver

Not friendly .the pharmacy is disorganized and slow..i have 8 to 10 prescriptions filled a month i use the auto refill and they still mess it up. You asked a question and they act like you committed a crime. I will be finding another place to get my prescriptions filled from now on...
