Horrible. I would give it zero stars if I could. We have been loyal Sprint customers for years. We went to this kiosk for the first time to upgrade my sons phone. They ended up changing our plan to "unlimited data" that choked to unusable speeds after one gig. But even worse, they sent us with 2 pocket wifi devices that I said I did not want and tried to give back several times. The sales rep, Johnathon, assured me they were free and said, "Just take them. It doesnt matter if you never use them, theyre free." Two months later we see charges on our bill for the pocket wifi devices. They said it would cost me over $300 to take them off. Even though they lied to my face, the employees at the kiosk were less than helpful with fixing the situation and Sprint wont fix third party charges. My husband happens to have a law enforcement background and it wasnt until we had a discussion about frauds and cheats that we got a positive response from management. This seems to be their MO at this store as I am not the only one to complain about this exact same situation. My advice? Stay far far away from this sprint store.

Horrible customer service!!! Ive been a loyal sprint customer for 15+ years and have never had a problem till I went to this kiosk to upgrade my daughters phone. Long story short they gave me a tablet and 2 portable wifi for your cars and told me it was free. What they didnt tell me is the equipment is free, but they change your plan without your permission and added 3 more lines and you dont find out till next months phone bill is $500!!?? 3 months later Im still disputing my charges. No need to bother going to the store either cause all the employees blames each other for being incompetent. Theyre all liars! Beware this is third party owned so when you actually call sprint they cant help you! Always ask if its third party owned just because they have the Sprint logo doesnt mean anything sprint cant help you because their contracts are not the same! I will never do business with this store again and Im telling everyone I know!

I have been trying since Friday trying since Friday to upgrade my phone which Sprint and pick the phone up in the store. The email they sent me said I had the ability to do that option. Their website does not allow you that option. Now I know why people leave sprint terrible customer service. nobody on there phone support or store location wanted to help me with this problem.

Watch out for the "free" tablet. They will force it on you, or twice like me. It isnt free, in a few months the credit will roll off and the two year contract stays so you end up paying for it. Never do business with them. You can say no, again and again, but the tablet ends up in your bag anyway. Very shady.

They have a nice location and a nice selection but... They didnt accept cash payment, the person who was working there wasnt friendly or apologetic about their system not working. Overall a general uncaring service that I dont ever plan on trying again. There is a nice professional Sprint store across 28th street.

Amazing service! Jonathan here at the woodland mall is amazing!! The apple store tried to tell me i had to pay $400 for a new phone, jonathan got me 0 down and into iphone forever!! Seriously better than APPLE, THANK YOU

They have untrustworthy reps. They lie about their names so they can avoid getting in trouble with managers when they act rude and unprofessional towards customers. Avoid this place . Try a different location.
