DO NOT BUY FROM HERE, THEYRE A BUNCH OF SCAMMERS AND RIP OFFS! I go in to switch from boost and get a free phone. When I walk up to the counter I ask for the ZTE ZMAX PRO and he says theyre all out and recommends one of their lesser phones. I say Ill go to a different store then as I walk to leave he jumps alive saying he might have more in back. He comes back and says hell get me set up. First he asks what color case I want, he doesnt ask if I wanted to buy one. I assumed it came free with the phone so I said blue then he asks if what size SD card I wanted, once again not if I wanted to buy one. I chose the smallest size, and told what plan I wanted. He said I needed the $50 a month plan to start off, I say ok. The bill comes up to be $122! Before I even touch my new phone I say I can find a different case because its clear they are pricr gauging. Hes says all sales are final because HE PUT THEM BOTH ON MY PHONE WITHOHT ASKING. The icing on the cake is when I look at my phone and it says thank you for your $61 payment. That means They charge $60 for a case and card I could get online for $10. They never mentioned prices. DO NOT COmE HERE JUST A BUNCH OF SCAMMERS CHEATS AND LIARS.

I have the $50 plan which is "unlimited data" Keep in mind that Im a teenager who is constantly on my phone and surfing the web. I get HIGH SPEED and amazing quality service ALL month long. I love Metro PCS service. Plus when I went into the store the guy who helped me gave me my first months bill with $20 off of it. Theyre ALWAYS so helpful and try to get you the best service possible.

Worst customer service ever! The store was full of people screaming and yelling and the guy behind the counter was screaming and swearing back at them! Besides that, I was sold a phone that was not what I asked for. This store will try to get over on you! To top it off, while getting back into my car, I was offered drugs by a homeless person! DO NOT GO HERE!

I have never had anything but polite professional service from this Metro PCS. The staff are friendly and love to talk about their phones! I have seen them deal with frustrated customers and they are always professional. Their selection of phones & accessories is the best in the area without the crazy prices you see in other phone stores!

I dont like the customer service plus the metro PCs store on westmain is cheaper why pay alot more for the same cell if you can save money if you visited this metro PCs ask alot of questions and take someone with you maybe if boostmobile has a better offer then go to them because we all want to save and get a good cell

I visited this store and it is your typical ghetto phone store... It took forever to try and purchase a phone for my stepson and the man there knew nothing about the phones. I would never return and based on other reviews, I see there are others that feel the same. I regret going trough metropcs!
