Between Brian and William, I cant say more good things about them. I live way out on M 43 and I first saw Brian who is the manager for both stores. I told him service was really spotty in my area. He said he would go with me to my house just to see if the service worked. It was a good 8 miles down the road! I thought that was awesome. I then went in a few days later with a 5:30 appointment at the portage location to get my new phone all hooked up. Great service, highly recommended.

I visited this store/location last night and Austin did an amazing job changing my plan and helping get a great phone for a price that worked for me! I did not feel rushed at all and it was the best customer service I have ever encountered at a Sprint store. I would highly recommend this store (and I usually buy things online). If you are in the market for an upgrade go see them.

I would go to a different Spring store if need be. There are a few awesome workers, but there is one that dont hold himself to any morals and pleasures himself in attempting to prove a customer wrong after he cut corners to make his job easier. I love Sprint, but I would avoid this store.
