Whole Foods is usually great, but this one not so much. I have bought food that was already molding at least a dozen times. Especially their breads and vegan dairy alternatives. This wouldnt be a huge deal if their food wasnt so expensive. If Im going to spend $8 on some vegan cheese spread it should at least be edible, not covered in mold. Then their cashiers are the absolute worst. One time a cashier was talking to another employee about how they are going to go get high and wasted after their shift, and didnt even look at me or say a single word the entire time. Another said first thing before hello point blank "I dont know why I even talk to customers its just a waste of energy, I dont care what they are feeling." Another time I asked a stock boy where they kept their salsa, and he turned to another employee at yelled "Yo who made the salsa today?" He said some name and then turns to me and says, "You dont want the salsa today, but its over there when someone good makes it." How hard is it to make salsa? Seriously... they need to hire some competent people who can handle doing simple tasks like saying hello and not being completely rude to people. And they should stock food that isnt already rotten.

If there would be minus star I would choose it! Worst customer service ever. When product disappeared from shelves I was trying number of times to contact customer service there; every time I was promised that they will order the product and contacting me when it arrive. Never ever anyone from store contacted me. I was contacting product maker and they were assured me that store should have it because it wasnt discontinued, but still no product on shelves. Then I was contacted corporate customer service desk, twice via email form on website and once by the phone. They never answered emails. Representative on the phone promised that someone from store will contact me regarding the problem before end of the week... weeks passed but I received no calls. Ill avoid dealing with customers service at "Whole Foods Market" and Ill never again spend a penny there. Way to go "Whole Foods Market" - loosing your customers means loosing respect and business.

Decent craft beer selection. Ive gotten lucky a few times while there and picked up some rare samples of stuff I would never expect to find in a place like Whole Foods. People there are friendly and helpful, plus they carry Bitchin Sauce, which I cant live without these days. The only negative is the smallish parking lot and they always seem to have a donation table positioned outside the store which tends to rub me the wrong way. I have no problem with charity, but Im careful about vetting who I give my money to because Ive encountered plenty of scams as well as some legit organization that fund things I would never in a million years support.

Whole foods had been my go to food store. I do most of my food shopping at the Thousand Oaks location. Their produce is always fresh and kept organized. I dont feel like I ever have to pick and choose a tomatoes or apple. each and every piece of fruit or veg are super fresh. A Coworker of mine had a birthday last week. We decided to do a pot luck for her birthday. I got desert. I ordered a tray of Cannolis. Of course it was a hit at the pot luck. The flavor and texture of their cannolis are out of this world. The TO store is set up well and make it easy to find anything and everything.

I like Whole Foods a lot but one thing that really irritates me about this one is that they are almost always out of whatever they have advertised as a great special. Today was the 3rd time in 2 weeks that I went to the store to purchase a sale item and they were out. Their excuse for not giving rain checks is that the ad says "while supplies last". Obviously, they dont have enough of a supply EVERY TIME. Very irritating! I will think twice about going back.

Everything you can want to purchase at a healthful full market, a large turnover of fresh food so it is all fresh, the best meat and fish, foods for many diets including additive free, gluten free, soy free, and antibiotics, pesticides and herbicides free. Specialty deli, cheeses, prepared foods, foods to go, bakery, fruit and vegetables, and unique beverages. Vitamins, minerals, other supplements, and even clothing.

pretty pricey, and be careful with what you order. if it is prepared food they might not give you what you ask for. also, the mexican food prepared section is almost always out of ingredients. it is a good one stop shop for all types of foods though and great for vegans.

Quality of produce better than regular market; meats good quality too. However, everything way over priced and meats must be sold with way too much fat on edges and cuts/chops are way too thick. I choose to go elsewhere.
