So went in to buy a game for a new console I purchased recently, mind you it was later at night, and couldnt get any assistance in the elctronic section. No big deal for the hour I was there at, i understand not every department is necesary near midnight. Go back yesterday at a fairly reasonable hour, maybe 3-4 pm and wait around the elctronics department for over an hour. My brother and I asked for assistance 4 times for a electronics representative in that hour,with more then one worker, all to have nobody bring keys for the games cases, or at all for that matter. Ended up leaving and just went to the gamestop across the street out of frustration. Much more helpful and easy. Terrible service out of the monroe walmart and will less then likely ever buy any electronics from here ever again.

Went to buy a bike tonight for my daughter. But couldnt get it down so I went and got one of there workers. He said " All go and get someone to help you. 32 minutes passed and no one came. Called the store, lady said she was sending someone our way 15 more minutes passed and nothing. We then found another employee, he tried to help but couldnt get it down. He then said he would get some one else to help and again no one came. We finally figured how to get it down our selves. Then the floor isle was full of something I guess was spilled and dried there, all the way to cash register were after waiting a while cashier said her register froze. Not fun. I will try my best not to have to visit this Wal-Mart again.

They never are stocked up on items that are most used. Workers (some) are miserable. Front bathrooms are nasty and disgusting. To many unused registered not being utilized to minimize the lines. Why have two entrance and only one side of the place is being used. What are the other 6 or so registers for ? Decoration I suppose. I tried to just travel to the Middletown Wal-Mart. They have really upgraded there game there. The one in Harriman use to be on top now they really dont care about what customers think. So sad for them.

Trick to getting the best experience here is to go off-hours - Like 11 pm when most people are home (Theyre open 24/7). They have a complete, full supermarket at this location - and its laid out nicely - not their usual warehouse-style - and their bakery is suprisingly good. Excellent varieties in all departments - and there are MANY - also having Kosher and Latin/Central American specialties. Worth the trip within 20 mi. of this place for those typical Wal-Mart specials (like Progresso Soup)...

I ordered a crib online, the color expresso when my husband pick up the box had a check mark for expresso, then I went in labor. when I go home from hospital my husband had put the crib together it was a cherry color I was really upset here Im with the baby home a crib that didnt mash any other funishers in the house, its was more work to put it apart and return it, so I told my husband forget it it wont ever happen to me again cuz I wont ever order anything online again. ..

Good place to find what you need, but if you shop here during high traffic hours be prepared to stand online for a long time. There are dozens of registers, but only a hand full are open at any given time. If you shop here on the weekends in the summer do not buy anything frozen because it will melt by the time you checkout. Most of the staff is very friendly, but after coming here for several years there are a few rude ones that always seem to walk around with an attitude.

Rude staff. Woman in electronics bitched at my service dog in training because I was cleaning up after the mess he made and commented "this is what gets us in trouble with the Department of Health"...I am pretty sure the dozens of birds flying through the store and the stray cats I have seen running around INSIDE that store do more to your crappy DOH rating than my dog. Christ, I saw a lady with a monkey on her shoulder walking through that sorry excuse for a Wal Mart.

Waited 45 minutes in the electronics section for help but nobody came by. The bathroom was an absolute disaster. Both toilets were broken and someone decided to do their business right on the floor...number 2!! I have never been so disgusted. Very long lines on the way out, to where people could not even get through the aisle to get in line. About 10-15% of the registers were staffed.

Worst Wal-Mart Ive been to. Even worse than the hellhole in East St. Louis I went to. Alison and Judy in the back room are particularly awful. Management, if it can be called that has somehow gathered every Neer-do-well and mouth breather in the area and given them jobs. Its a spectacle to behold, sadly even more so when one has to shop there.

I have never had a person/walmart employee be so rude and discriminatory towards me. Save yourself the horror and go to target. There was poop on the seat in TWO stalls in the womens restroom, an open bag of chips strewn across the floor of the milk isle, and there were bare shelves in many isles as if no one was restocking.

You cant beat their prices. If theres a store that has an item for a cheaper price, theyll match it for you. The cashiers are pretty friendly. The management on the other hand isnt very friendly. Theres one manager there that is loud, obnoxious and rude. Other than that, Id recommend it.

tried to call 3 times about a ps4 and these people very incompetently couldnt handle my call. Had me waiting 15+ mins in the phone to be transferred each time before i got so angry and just gave up trying to make purchase there.. horrible customer service

The store is fairly clean, although at times I feel like the produce section isnt "turned over" or refreshed enough. Its a Walmart, so the service is not outstanding but its not horrendous either. Its a safe place to shop, which is also a plus

It is a great store when you know what you want and where it is. Getting customer service, however, is next to impossible. I get the feeling that they have a goal of having the least amount of associates necessary, on the floor, at once.

You find everything from car parts, clothes, food, gardening you name it they have it. The only problem I see is they never have enough check out lines open. There are time you could be waiting on a line for 20 to 30 minutes.

Just lost my purse in their parking lot at 6:30 AM, loss prevention was not on site and there was no customer service on staff either. I was given a number to the Monroe police department and was told to handle it myself.

I forgot my husbands iphone in the ladies bathroom and a cashier found it and gave it to the customer service and gave it back to me. There are still people like that in the world and they are in this WALMART.
