Im sitting here at Velocity Auto Sales again, not because of a problem but because I just bought another vehicle from them. An awesome 2016 orange copper metallic Hyundai Santa Fe! A year ago we bought my wifes red 2015 Hyundai Veloster and what a great buying experience that was. Before I came back here I had a super pushy and irritating experience at Ken Garff Hyundai and decided to trust my gut again and come here for my own vehicle purchase. The difference is Night and day. You know that feeling when youre on a date and its not going well and you need to leave but they other person keeps being needy and you tell them its not working out? But they strangely keep asking why you dont want to be with them and why youre choosing to look elsewhere? THAT is Ken Garff Hyundai. Velocity Auto Sales is like meeting up with a down to earth woman that looks like Kate Beckinsale and takes care of herself with a cheerful confident personality. These folks here go the extra mile to clean the car before you even see it for the first time. Garff was like a college sorority girl just woke up and forgot to shower, promising you she will after the sale. No thank you. Velocity you have won my business and Im going to tell everyone how awesome you are not just on beating blue book but on customer service and quality of vehicles!

Had a great experience with the sales staff as they immediately were concerned with our needs and make sure to never stray from that. Was impressed that the salesman made sure to mention the added taxes and fees that would increase the out the door price of cars we had looked at before in order to make sure we were still comfortable with the price range we originally mentioned. Had a few disappointments though. After purchasing discovered that there was some service campaigns that needed completed on the car by the manufacturer dealer. Those were completed free of charge by the dealer so that was just a time inconvenience, but they then informed us there was also a broken light and the air filters badly needed replaced. Called up Velocity and they said to bring it back in and they would take care of the light bulb and filters at no cost to us. After everything was all said and done, I have a great new car that came at a great price. My advice to Velocity is to be a little more thorough in your inspections of the vehicle and get the service campaigns taken care of before selling it so the customer can sit back and enjoy their new vehicle without making service appointments after the fact. Thank you!

A very pleasant first car buying experience. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly, without being overbearing or distracting. There was no pressure to purchase anything I wasnt comfortable with. An easy test drive experience that allowed me to really explore each car, and find the right fit for me. The showroom is massive, with all nearly new or like-new cars, with all different makes, models, colors, and styles. Jacob was very attentive to my questions and concerns. He approached us in the showroom, said hello, introduced himself and allowed us to ask some basic questions. When we were ready to keep looking, he told us where he would be and let us look in peace. If he didnt know the answer to a question of mine, he looked it up. I was planning on only looking and test-driving, but I ended up leaving the lot with a new car, in my price range, with warranty. I would recommend Velocity to anyone who is looking for a hassle-free, affordable car buying experience.

They have good reviews because when you buy a car from them they give you a slip of paper that says if you give them a review you can get warranty time added to the interior of your car. My first experience overall was great (when I was looking and got a car from them). Then once I had the car for 6 months, the transmission went out, got it fixed, and it happened again (with only 800 miles on the new one). Mind you, what I bought from them was a 2013 Ford Escape, it should not need a new transmission on it! I think they knew it had a problem, but fixed it enough to sell it. I have had the car for 13 months and 4 months out of that it has been in the shop. CONSTANT problems since I left the Velocity lot. The axle started being weird, so I took it in and Velocity had put 2 different size of tires on my car! So now, I have to pay $1800 to fix that problem. MAKE SURE YOU CHECK THAT ALL THE TIRES ARE THE SAME SIZE BEFORE BUYING! (when buying an all wheel drive)

The overall experience was not bad at all. Found a vehicle I loved right off the bat, friendly salesman helped me get the most bang for my buck. Easy process for test drives! The financing part isnt that great because they say theres no wiggle room in the cash price of the car itself, but of the warranty... which makes it all look a little funky..In fact, in reviewing the paperwork I thought we had been overcharged, however Dave was quick to return my call and help me understand the way the numbers were figured... I personally prefer a car buying experience with straightforward numbers right off the bat. Theres also a "theft" fee of $299 which is apparently not optional and totally unnecessary; it will give you $5000 in the event that your car is stolen, but thats what auto insurance is for... But all in all a great vehicle for what we thought was a fair price. Wed go back. Just wish that fee was optional and the warranty pricing was more straight forward.

Charlie and Cory were the best! We called ahead of time for a specific car that we saw online. Charlie put the keys on hold for us so we could come test drive it. He helped us with the information we needed about the car and was super quick and helpful. He even let us continue to sit at his desk and we chatted for a bit while waiting for Cory to finish up with other customers. Cory helped us with all the information we needed for our loan and for the different options available with our purchase. He made sure to note all the things that needed to be fixed for us on the car so we could have their body shop take care of it. This was 10x better than any experience weve ever had at any other dealership (and weve been to quite a few). Both guys stayed past closing time to get us everything we needed and made sure we were taken care of. I definitely recommend coming here for your next car purchase! Best service around and great prices as well!

My husband and I just bought a car from Velocity Auto Sales, and LOVED it. I normally do NOT enjoy working with car salesmen. In the past they have been pushy, tried to talk me into something I either didnt want, or couldnt afford. Not at Velocity, we were treated with respect, and it was a very pleasant experience from start to finish. Our salesman, Josh, took the time to really understand what we wanted, and never once tried to talk us into something different. We were in and out in less then 2 hours, with the car we wanted at the payment we asked for. We also got a call 3 days after we purchased the car to let us know they found a lender that was able to beat the interest rate we agreed to. AMAZING! What car dealer does that. I would not hesitate going back to Velocity for ALL my future cars. The business knows the meaning of Customer service. Thank you everyone at Velocity Auto Sales, I LOVE my new car.
