Honestly, this place is full of scams DO NOT COME HERE AT ALL. I am a first time buyer I really just came to look at cars they showed me a used car from dodge they had, in which its the Dodge Challenger 2015, of course I was in awe of getting it, they got me a killer price which was 380 a month, then Im also 18 so insurance is high but they hooked me up with insurance as low as 240$ for full coverage, for most thats a lot but for 18 thats really good for a sports vehicle! I told them Ill think about it over night make my decision the next morning, in which one of the employees I was dealing with went and offered me to take the car home for the night, without me even purchasing it, just to get a feel for it and get my fiancé to be convinced we should buy it, so Im like ok sure that be amazing! He went and got an approval, they gave me keys, now I signed contracts of course for buying the car as usual, but I was told that these contracts will not go into affect, if by the next morning I do choose to keep the car paperwork is done all I do is call and say yes Ill take it, but if not I bring the car back the next day get my old one back no charge nothing and they will tear up the contract, so in my head Im like these people are AMAZING! Like honestly the service was going great, but now I decided not to take the car, heres the kicker the employees were not informed by their managers that they cant let someone take a car off the lot unless its purchased (in which I didnt purchase the car from what I was told it was literally a one night thing) but anyways so he pulls me aside and is telling me the Dodge Challenger is mines I cant switch my car back that they now own my car I was telling them the employees told me different, and he refused he pulled out my contract asked if it was my signature I was like yeah but your employees said itll only go into effect if I were to say yes, I was told if I chose not to take the car that I could get back mines no cost, so now he began to get really rude saying theres nothing I can do the car is theirs and the challenger is mines so Im getting pissed off because now Im being scammed into a car I was told I could take home FOR JUST THE NIGHT, yeah right I wasnt gonna stand there and let him win, that manager was the rudest person in my life and because of that he ruined the whole experience, I did get my car back after threatening to file a lawsuit, because its really not my fault if employees arent informed of their policies so there for I shouldnt be held accountable and screwed over for the payments. In the end I dont wish anyone to go here and from all the other reviews your best bet stay away, they are really nice employees but when it hits to after signing contracts your screwed over, yeah right Mazda Im never getting a car from you guys ever.

My wife and I were in the market for a new car and ended up going to Avondale Mazda. Our salesman was Ron. We test drove the 2016 CX-5 and we determined we would pay a little extra for the 2017 as we liked the body style and extra features we wanted. The entire process took 8 hours. Our salesman was not knowledgeable on the product to say the least. I was advised that the 2017 Mazda we purchased came with Navigation, and it did not. The owners manual did not have the Navigation booklet with it, so he proceeded to go to the Parts Department and grab one and advised me to come back next week to set up the Navigation. The reason it did not have the booklet with the manual, is because it didnt come with Navigation as I was told it did. We left from the dealership after 8 hours of haggling with the salesmand and this is when we realized it did not have navigation. I proceeded to call the dealership and they said no big deal, come on in and we can get it resolved. After doing research and reading the Navigation booklet I realized it was just an SD card that has the software on it for the Navigation. Once I returned to the dealership I was told that if it did not say it has Navigation on the sticker with the details of the car on it, then it doesnt have it. Basically the blame was placed on me for not reading it when I was specifically told by our Salesman Ron that it was included. Ron advised me I could purchase the SD card on Amazon for $200 or buy it at the dealership for $400. I felt this was unacceptable and requested to speak with a manager. It took another 20 minutes just to speak with the manager. I was then advised the parts department was closed but that I would have to "Meet them" in the cost of the Navigation, meaning I would have to pay 100-200 dollars. I would have had no problem paying an additional $400 dollars for the Navigation had I been told it DID NOT HAVE IT. Even after explaining that I was advised it had Navigation, the dealership went on the defensive and kept trying to turn the blame back onto me. I should have never been given a Navigation booklet to set up Navigation if the car doesnt come with Navigation, from the parts department. It didnt come with the car obviously, so why the deception. I will never shop at this Mazda again and plan on contacting the BBB next as this is completely unacceptable. Save yourself the trouble and go to a different Mazda dealer if you are in the market. We love the car, but the deception and awful experience have left a lasting negative impact.

It was his smile. Something about the way he greeted us made me feel comfortable and welcomed right off the back. This past Monday I went to Avondale Mazda with my two kids and they were already making me regret it because they were tired and cranky. Our salesman must have picked up on this because he immediately offered to setup a room they have for kids with dvd and toys. I felt relieved instantly and he went above and beyond by getting two balloons for my kids. I had an old Mazda3 that I was looking to trade and Wedrick appraised my vehicle within minutes and never made me feel like he was picking my car apart, which there was plenty to point out. During his appraisal, two managers had introduced themselves to me and asked if Wedrick was taking care of me? They seemed to really care about my experience. Though I was turned off by the horrible cigarette smell from the managers they were considerably polite despite their appearance. After the salesman and I had talked for awhile, with confidence, he said I have just the right car for you. He pulled the vehicle next to my car and walked back in offering to move the car seats into the vehicle we were going to test drive. "Are you kidding me?" Which to my surprise was the perfect car. A pearl white 2016 Mazda3 hatchback. He allowed me to drive the vehicle and even encouraged, what he called "light" spirited driving, since the kids were in the car. My kids couldnt stop talking to him during the test drive but they seemed to be having fun, we all were I think. I had fallen in love with the car which drove extremely well and made me feel very safe with the safety feature called blind spot monitor. I couldnt believe Mazdas were now this good. The negotiation process which everyone fears was very simple, the manager came out and said he wanted to earn my business and value my time. He slapped down the paper which had the vehicle priced below invoice! The payment was where I wanted to be and Wedrick was even kind enough to get some all weather mats thrown in to help "protect my investment" as he says. As I waited for finance Wedrick also ordered pizza for my kids and I. This guy is unbelievable! I was in and out of finance too. Avondale Mazda, Wedrick and the management team are absolutely awesome! I look forward to my next car purchase and will definitely send my friends their way. Thank you Wedrick, my kids and I had a great time.
