I just turned 50 years old today. I did not tell anyone at Drive time that it was,my Birthday until the buying process was almost completely finished. I have purches 2 other cars from Dealerships in the last 25 years. The other 2, were among the worst expeirences I have ever had making me worried about how this one would turn out. From the moment I was greated when I walked onto the lot I was greated with an incredibly friendly face, smile and very possitive attitude. The women who became my sales person was KESHA-NICOLE-RUSH. It is very sad to say this but when you are greated in a very friendly possitive professional manner by a car sales person and you are surprised and taken back its, kind,of a shame. She was incredibly nice to me. Very sweet, very possitive and bubbly and friendly and made my buying experience more possitive and enjoyable than I could ever imagine. She had the perfect balance of being able to befriend me build report with me and move the process along quite quickly. Although she was very fast and efficient with all of the paperwork not once did I feel rushed through the process. In the past I woukd have NEVER have considered referring any of my family or friends to the car dealer to make a purchase. This time was totally different. The way I was treated by KESHA and the rest of the Drive Time staff makes me feel very comfortable to recomend this Drive Time Location to anyone and everyone who is,looking to buy a new car. Thank You KESHA and the rest of the staff who made my car buying expeirence a vefy pleasurable one. Chris Kelleher Glendale Arizona,

The representative of Drive Time that I had the pleasure of dealing with was Michelle Firth. Upon my arrival at Drive Time, the rep that I had previously spoken with was busy assisting another customer. It was a Saturday afternoon and the place was packed so I sat down for what I thought would be a long wait. Quite the contrary, my wait wasnt nearly as long as I thought it might be. During my wait I allowed myself to scan the room, paying attention to both employees and customers. Almost immediately I noticed Michelle. To be honest, instead of waiting, I couldve easily been assisted by another representative. As a matter of fact, I was asked by two separate reps if they could help me but I informed them that I was waiting for someone else. After noticing Michelle I had decided that she would be the one I would conduct my business with. She had this aura about her that felt welcoming. I would consider myself a good judge of character and, to me, she seemed energetic, pleasant, and the type of person who wants to help instead of treating someone like a number. I was not wrong. Michelle was very helpful and a very pleasant person to do business with. Why cant all car dealerships have people like Michelle!? There were no high pressure sales tactics or anything else that would make a person feel uncomfortable. Everything from Michelle was sincere and helpful. Thank you, Michelle, for being you and allowing me to have the best car buying experience Ive ever had. -William Morris (Glendale, AZ)

I just bought a new to me car from DriveTime. Cody was the most personable salesman. He wasnt pushy like other dealers. He was patient, explained the things I didnt understand, and he laughed at my jokes (bonus!). I am very pleased with my purchase and my experience. Thank you Cody, and Thank you, DriveTime! <--- HA what a joke. They asked me to write this while they processed my paperwork, can I just add that walking out with keys in hand, is not the markings of a good company. A smooth salesman isnt either. A vehicle without integrity when youre paying WAY above what the car is worth, at an insane interest rate, arent signs of anything but a despicable company. You wont find out their fraudulent ways until you go home and discover you were sold a lemon in sheeps clothing. I can tell you, after 15 days I thoroughly regret buying this car. Drivetime lied to me about the condition of the car. They flaunted that it has never been in an accident... but that turned out to be a bold faced lie. Oh, and that warrenty company, they completely disassociate themselves with them as soon as you have a complaint about your car post warranty. When I confronted them about lying I was essentially told to investigate the Lemon Laws in my state, or to turn in the keys and forfeit my $3000.00 down payment. I am currently working with the Attorney General in my state to raise complaint against these cheats. Next I will be contacting the media. Cheat me? Not quietly.

Buyer Beware! Have your car checked out by an outside mechanic. I bought my car in April and have spent around $500 on little repairs and will have to spend $1,100 by the end of the year on a broken motor mount and a bad brake booster. The warranty, which is the reason I bought the car, has only covered one thing, the starter. I am not happy with this car, dont want to deal with all these repairs and have not been satisfied with my purchase at all. Drive Time offered to put the cost of the repairs onto the end of the loan, but to me, that is not satisfactory. I bought a car, off the lot, with things wrong with it and that should be the responsibility of Drive Time to handle. Not me. I also do not want to tack anything onto the end of this high interest loan. Beware when buying a car from Drive Time. When you are at the desk going through the purchase, Drive Time and the warranty company are very close, but when you need to call on the warranty, Drive Time disassociates themselves with the warranty company, claiming to be powerless over their decisions. If you need a car, they are great to deal with, but please get your car checked out immediately.
