Experience was bad ...., after being so excited to buy my first Acura. I went for my second test drive, and explained to David the salesman that when we get back to the dealership I dont want to go through two hours of negotiations. I told him my credit score 691 and income $91,0000 all I want is your best price and best interest rate you can get for me. He said "ok we can do that for you". Heres where the fun begins!!!!! Set at the table and David shows me a piece of paper showing the car price at $48,000 and a interest rate at 9.9 I said "why you showing me this"? The car on your website is $42,800 Davis said "no its not ".So he brought it up on his computer and he said " Your right ". Now on two the second round. David comes back from the infamous back room of management and says with your credit At 691 it hard to get good interest rate but Acura credit can finance finance you at 5.9%. I said " shop my loan and get me the best interest rate you can find for me. Goes back the lions den. Third Round after asking for this not happen. While hes in the lions den I look up on my phone and see the my credit union will offer me 3.72% on 72 months. Here comes David with no information just this. Are you putting any money down ? I said "whats your best price on the car and interest rate? I can take the destination fee almost $800.00 and make it the same price as the internet the interest is 5.9%. I told him what the credit union is offering and they he say, so if I get you an interest rate at 3.72% and get the car down to $40,000 will you sign right here on this paper? I dont if I can make this happen but I can ask. Thats when I said "if its that easy to makes this happen how bad are you taking advantage of me. Thats when got up said done. Round Four Here come the loins den chasing me down. Hey hold on what can we do make a deal. I said ". You had three chances Im done. Round five. When I field out the credit application they wanted three reference. One of the references was my sister. So now the master of the loins Ken call her to get number not cool. Round six Im now at dinner and this lion wants to make a deal and make sure I dont write a bad review. Now offers me 2.4% interest rate and out the door for $44 and some change. I asked, "why did you piss me off and said interest rate is 9.9"? He says "its the law" Seriously ? 9.9 is a law that you have to present it to your customers, so you can rip em off? So this whole time Ken and his team at Peoria was finding a way to rip me off!! Next day I go to Tempe Acura. This time I went alone and no one acknowledges me. Than I stopped a sales man and said if he could help. When I told them about bad experiences with Peoria they were like okay we will make it easy! Now tempe comes back $1000 higher than Peoria. Than the General Manager says "they are under the same ownership and Peoria Acura" well that makes sense! Thanks to Ray and his team at North scottsdale for making me comfortable and making my car buying experience so easy and fun. I now own a Acura 2018! Peoria and Tempe not lost a sale and I will never recommend anyone to visit those 2 locations. They are there to rip customers off!

If I were able to leave zero stars-I WOULD. Im finally posting this review after a years worth of blunders at this dealer. Im active duty Military and have been for 14 years. I bought a used Acura MDX here in February of 2015. It had roughly 60k on it when I bought it. The salesman was great (Aaron) and finance was a breeze. Aaron assured me this vehicle had been maintained exceptionally well by the single owner previous to my purchase. Of course you always take that with a small grain of salt considering they are the one selling you the vehicle. So I purchase it. I put 3,000 miles on it in about a month and a half. Bring it in for that first free oil change, and get it back with zero issues other than a crap car wash job. I bring it back 3 months later for the next oil change and to have the rear window regulator fixed. They tell me: A)My $2000 warranty wont cover a window regulator, and B),it needs rear brakes. Total estimate of the door was roughly $750. I ask, doesnt the warranty cover the window? Oh no, only the motor, NOT the regulator. So I order the part and get it done. I tell them to hold off on the brakes as it sounded fishy. Dont used cars get checked before they sell? Seems odd you certified my car less than 6000 miles ago and now I need brakes? Not only that, guess what? THE WINDOW MOTOR AND REGULATOR ARE ONE SINGLE UNIT IN THIS CAR-WARRANTY WOULD HAVE COVERED IT,THEY NEVER EVEN ASKED! Fast forward to the next service (Dont ask me why I went back-I always have the dealer service my cars).Anyway, next oil change they tell me I have a bad motor mount. $1200 estimate. Remember the $2000 warranty? Yeah, doesnt cover it. Ok Ill hold off for now. Next service, I have them check for a vibration at speed. Guess what, now I need 2 motor mounts! All within 12,000 miles of their "expert" used car certification. I tell them that makes no sense. You just had it less than 3000 miles ago, how does another motor mount go bad in 3k miles? They give me my car back unwashed this time, I guess because I didnt let them fleece me, even though they promise free washes for life with a car purchase. Finally, I take it to an Acura dealer on vacation in San Francisco. Guess what, my brakes are at 6mm.months and thousands of miles later,the brakes they told me were bad are still WAY WITHIN SPEC. And my motor mounts are fine! RUN FROM THIS DEALER, DONT WALK, RUN.Ill be using Acura of Scottsdale for my service needs now since I live right between the 2 anyway. Acura of Peoria, you guys really let me down man. I wont be missing any opportunities to tell everyone on base and out in town either. Rob Nezdoba

Acura of Peoria uses a high-pressure, deceptive sales tactic. Beware of the Acura of Peoria Package. We were charged for this package without once being told about the package. The total is $2495 and includes wheel locks, nitrogen air in the tires, front window tinting, a trunk tray and door edge-guards. The actual retail cost is $599 including installation if you call the service department and get individual prices. That is a scam of $1896. Not only were we not told of this package, but after realizing we were charged for it, our MDX did not even have all of the items installed that are a part of it. Our sales rep even tried to throw in the edge guards for "free" if we gave her all 10s on her dealership survey even though we had paid for them as part of the package. This dealership is not up front about hidden charges and does not take customer service seriously. The customer relations director, Lexie Cremieux, put it best when she told me "I am at a loss for words" when I presented the price discrepancy. They were not willing to resolve the issue without making us sign a form stating we could legally not verbalize or post negative feedback. If they would have credited us the difference we would not be writing this review, but to us it is more important to make sure no one else gets scammed by this dealership. We have notified the Better Business Bureau but until then take your business elsewhere!!! We bought our first MDX at Acura of Tempe with a smooth, hassle-free process with no hidden charges. We would highly recommend their dealership and really wish we had purchased this MDX there. Hope this saves someone the time and frustration that we went through with Acura of Peoria.
