Theres good service, great service and above and beyond service. RC Auto transcends all of these to be a leader in meeting the customers needs with a make it happen attitude. Just recently my wifes battery died and took my car to her job as I was convelescing from a procedure that incapacitated me from driving. After calling local mobile car repair and battery replacement which is expensive I called John at RC Auto as they are my car care provider just to ask if they had such a service, after explaining my circumstance John informed me that they would make it happen. Marco was the mobile mechanic who arrived at my house and replaced the battery then he went ahead and modified the battery mount box so that it would dissipate more heat away from the battery which is the #1 reason car batteries only last about 2 years here in AZ. #rcauto #uncompromisedservice #honestymatters #beyondaboveandbeyond

Purchasing a car through RC Auto has been like no other car buying experience. There was no pressure, no hassle, no problems. Tom looked over my old Tahoe while we were out test driving the Toyota. RC gave me a good price for my trade in and we agreed on a price for the Highlander. Everything was done in a timely manner. No last minute "price adjustments" to the bottom line. Family has bought cars from here but Ive only dealt with their service department. Normally I worry about being over sold on an issue but the two major issues Ive had have been expertly diagnosed and cost reduced from initial estimate. Not only that, but both times I came in ready to spend a lot swapping parts and instead of taking my money they talked me out of it because the problem was simpler than I thought it was (common case of automotive WebMD). Cant recommend them enough based on my experience.

I love the true emphasis on family at RC Auto. I took my 3 children with me today to get an oil change and anywhere other than RC Auto would have proved to have been a stressful situation. Our experience today was great! Our car was taken back immediately and I then took my kids upstairs to the play room! There are comfy chairs, a tv and lots of toys. We watched a cartoon, played with toys and then the car was done. Amazing! The bathrooms are even stocked with baby wipes and diapers; so thoughtful!

Ive been using RC Auto to repair maintain both of my vehicles for over a year now, after a trusted friend recommended them to me. Their service is excellent and I always feel like Im getting an honest assessment of repairs and maintenance needed, at a fair price. Im even able to get work done while I wait, using their free WiFi. Best experience buying a new vehicle! No pressuring, no nonsense! RC Auto brings in any and all vehicles youre interested in buying. Allows you to test drive the vehicles without them riding with you, educates you on each vehicle without bias, assists with financing (only if you want assistance) and handles all the details involved in a purchase. No need to negotiate as they sell at invoice. Cant say enough about the entire experience. Only place we will buy a vehicle in the future!
