Wow! Everyone buys a car hoping for a reasonable price, good customer service, low pressure sales and of course, you hope the vehicle is as advertised. I am a technician and know car salesmen very well. Most car salesmen are only interested in the sale and always put on a good show to get just that. We chose to drive all the way to Prescott to see a vehicle that AZ Used Car Factory had advertised and had no idea, going in, what to expect. We were blown away by the reasonable price, outstanding customer service and literally no sales pressure whatsoever. Mr. Kobey advertises he wants to be "your car guy". My family and I want you to know that he delivers as advertised and will be our only "Car Guy" from this day forward. Guy Kobey provided satisfaction beyond our expectations!

Great car buying experience with Guy Kobey! My husband and I needed to buy a really good used car for my daughter who is attending Prescott College in Prescott Arizona. The big problem was that we live in Boston and she is in Arizona. We found Guy Kobey at AZ Used Car Factory, he was friendly, honest and completely transparent about his pricing and he had just the right car; it was immaculate, gently used and the price was fair. My daughter met Guy; test drove the car and was sold. The buying process was easy and Guy took care of the registration. Start to finish the process took three days. We could not be happier. Excellent to do business with Since I did all my shopping on line, Guy was very reassuring that everything was as stated and the car WAS. The car was clean, in the same good shape as advertised and drove like a charm! Best Car Purchase Ever! Recently we came across a listing from AzUsedCarFactory, it was very detailed and the price was right. We called Guy, met with him to check out the car. A test drive and an hour later we drove off with an awesome used vehicle for our daughter. It was truly a wonderful experience. Guy Kobey is terrific.
