I SINCERELY HOPE YOU NEVER, EVER GO TO THIS PLACE. I bought a car from there a week ago. When I test drove it and checked it out, it was a great buy and 1k less than market value. Everyone was very nice and helpful and told me that the car had severe cosmetic damage but was mechanically fine. I DIDNT EVEN MAKE IT HOME BEFORE THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON! I took it to auto zone to get the codes read and brought it right back. They said it was none of the codes auto zone had printed and they "repaired" the issue?? Which they really just reset the computer and I later found out they put DUCK TAPE AND ZIP TIES on the hoses. I found this out after i went to a mechanic who refused to work on the car because it had "total front end suspension failure" and was not safe to drive. I was still within the 15 day time frame so I took it back a SECOND time when the check engine light came on AGAIN (less than a week of having the car) and I asked for my money back with the print out from the mechanic. They refused and basically told me tough luck. I persisted and got only a PORTION of my money and STILL lost $700 in the process. PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. These people appear friendly and helpful ONLY until their ways are found out. BEWARE!! I never write reviews but I dont want this to happen to anyone else. They recently had a name change too. Theyre now Valley Auto Center. Im in the process of getting a lawyer to get my $700 back. I lost more than that in mechanic fees, plate transfer fees, etc. DO NOT GO HERE.

Purchased a 2006 mazdaspeed 6 here in mid march. within 3 weeks the repair costs on the vehicle was over $1,000. Now in the first week of May, my many repairs are at $1,600 and the vehicles computer is fried with a replacement cost of $1,100 before install. The majority of these issues were caused by an partially and incorrectly removed aftermarket alarm which was causing numerous shorts in the electrical system. So far this has contributed to the failure of an Alternator ($260), Starter ($235), oil control valve solenoid ($180), and battery ($120) plus labor nearly doubling the cost of those repairs (and another $70 for a tow truck). Additionally before my mechanic disconnected the remains of the aftermarket alarm the car would randomly not start. Additionally the clutch peddle was cracked in several places which caused the clutch master cylinder and slave cylinder to fail. In addition to the extremely high cost of the repairs on this Lemon the vehicle has been undriveable for the majority of the time that i have had it. I would advise anyone considering a vehicle here to get out while you still can.

I bought my truck from them--a 2001 Dodge Ram--in 14. A thirteen year old vehicle, 167,000 miles at purchase....two years later and the biggest issue that Ive had is the waterpump(happened a week after purchase). It wasnt even ready to sell; they let me get it anyway because I told them that the small issues that it had were ok with me. This is a used car lot; if you buy a ten year old vehicle expecting it to behave as if it were just off the lot, thats your issue. If you buy a vehicle thinking that all you ever have to do is add gas, and lock the engine while doing 80 on I-10 because your oil pan is bone dry(shoulda checked it), that is also your issue. They are absolutely fair, pleasant to work with, and have a LOT to choose from--at good prices. Before you heed the advice of the one star raters, take their grammar into account....just saying.

Terrable experience here. I dont often write bad review bit this place is terrable. When I went to buy the car they didnt seem to care and were rushing us. They told us the car ran great and had no issues. After taking it for a test drive we found the entire front end needed to be replaced and the convertible top was broke. They wouldnt budge on the price. They promised us they would do all the paperwork and have the plates to us by the 26 of December and when that day came there were still no plates. When we called them all they said was sorry we will work on sending them to you... This place is terrable, dont go here!

I wouldnt recommend this dealership to anyone ! I have had to get three different cars from them within the past 5 months ! The first car ran good for two weeks befor it had electrical problems and wouldnt start anymore ! then the second cars engine locked up on me as i was getting off of the freeway ! Car number three ran good for about two weeks before the alternator broke and they made me pay them $150 to replace it ! Now i have to pay an additonal $1300 to get it fixed becuse the headn gasket is blown and the intake vales is no good ! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM ! ! !

Great customer service... HOWEVER!!!! 2 hours after purchasing the vehicle, I had to replace battery, alternator, and starter. One month later when I took it in for an alignment I found out that the entire front end had to be replaced. Bought the vehicle for $4300 and so far have had to add over $2000 worth of work.. Their response, "the warranty is up, you should have let us know when you found out". I called the day after I purchased the vehicle and they informed me none of the problems were covered under the warranty. In their words "Im pretty much screwed"!

This place is a total ripoff. The positive reviews I assure you are not legit. They either wrote them themselves or they had someone write them. My friend purchased a vehicle that is a total piece of crap. She couldnt even drive it without it running into the car next to her the steering was so bad. They had nerve to tell her that she had to man handle the steering wheel, handle it like a man. First of all, she isnt no man, secondly, that was bull he tried to tell her. They dont deserve the one star.

I have been coming here for the past 6 years and I have never had any problems with any of my vehicles purchased there. But people have to understand when you purchase cars in a small dealer. Most of them are used, so you cannot compolain when it functions properly. Every time I had a concern about something they gave me a reason and told me what was wrong. So if I bought the car, that was on me. They negotiate fair and now Im looking to buy my 5th car with them. They do care about their customers.

My husband and I have bought 6 vehicles here and found them to be fair and honest. As with any used car you do have to check the car thoroughly, but they honor the warranty and are honest about any known issues. They also never pressure us to purchase anything, and are happy to look for a type of car for us if they do not currently have what we want. So far every car we have purchased from them has run well, and been easy to sell when we are ready to move on to a different vehicle.
