Not great. Salesman was decent, kervi in financing was the typical financing department tell you they will get you financed at 6 percent then run your credit 20 times come back and tell you your interest rate will be higher which I expected due to not having the greatest credit. What really pissed me off is we bought a 40k vehicle and couldnt even get it detailed when they said they would while we were there. Then later on told us that we would have to come back to the dealer that is almost 2 hours away and they would clean it but not detail it it would consist of a wipe down and sending it through there car wash I can do that for less than it would take in fuel. Every vehicle I have ever bought from a dealer had a full detail. We bought a service contract so that we didnt have any worries about mechanical breakdown and when we went back into the dealer to finish paperwork they told us that they dropped the price of the vehicle to get it financed which they did a little but they tool the warranty out and didnt say a word which yes I should have paid more attention but the paperwork is already complicated enough. They praised themselves on dropping the price to get us financed and said "they dont ever do that for people". The manager Rick ran his mouth like the jeep we bought was a Ferrari he could sale a can of piss to donald trump! The power transfer unit (transfer case) went out a week after we bought it but luckily that was covered under the powertrain warranty from the factory. I knew walking into the dealer that they would try and play me and I tried to pay attention to everything but they got me on the warranty and detail. I wont be back to any ken garff the least they could do is have my vehicle detailed at a nearby ken garff but they say they cant afford $180 but the money they made on my trade would pay for a detail 100 times. They also charged me for safety and emissions when utah doesnt have safety and emissions on 2015 vehicles.

After being the victim of a car crash that totalled my car, I had the very sudden, unplanned for, unexpected, daunting task in front of me to track down a new vehicle. My husband searched online and went in person to every possible dealership he could only to be met with brickwalls and disappointment when they would discover our financial situation. On a last ditch effort we ended up at the Ken Garff in the sandy automall. My husband got his charger from a different Ken Garff location 5 years ago and was very pleased with how he was treated (like a human being and not a dollar sign). Long story short Noah, Kurvi, and Rani all heard us out on what kind of situation we were in, how unprepared we were for this, and also what we were hoping to get into as far as a car and financially. Not 2 days later I was able to drive away in a 2010 SUV that is in extremely good condition and extrenely low miles that I had actually seen on their Web page and had fallen in love with. They got us the best buy for the best price and worked with us, answered any and all questions we had, and explained their way through EVERYTHING in the process so we knew we werent "signing our souls away on the red dotted line in blood that would be haunting us later". I cannot say how much I appreciated being finally heard out, understood, and treated like a human being by our Ken Garff team. Thank you guys! We will be back!

Do NOT buy a used car here. Went to their used car lot in Sandy. I thought Ken Garff, thats a big name, I can trust their cars. I was going to look at a Toyota Scion tC. When I get there I ask the salesman if there are any problems with the car. He tells me "we keep our prices low by not inspecting the vehicles. We only check the vehicles for emissions". Seemed odd for a big dealership but I thought Id still look at the car. When we got to the car the sales manager said he had to go get something. When he came back he had a battery charger in his hands because the cars battery didnt work! So after jumping the car, I start it up, and every light imaginable on the dash is on. The check engine light is on, the ABS light is on, and the tire pressuring monitoring system is on! Then I start driving the car and it feels like its going to fall apart going down the road. I turn around, go back to the dealership, and leave. That was the first and last time I would go to a Ken Garff dealer. Absolutely horrendous experience. Ken Garff should be ashamed of himself trying to sell people a POS like that.

We bought our first car from a dealer last weekend and had a really great experience. They let me be picky and didnt complain when I kept turning down cars. :-) Trey and Chris worked to find us exactly what we were looking for, and its perfect. And will be for a long time. And best of all, THEY WERENT PUSHY! Overall, we loved our experience and would highly recommend Ken Garff Used. UPDATE: We just got the tires looked at and were told they were really worn and we needed new ones. When we bought the car 4 months ago, Chris told us "youve got years" left on the tires. The mechanic told us to go back to the dealership and tell them about the tires and get them to replace them. We did and they wouldnt help us because it was past 30 days since we purchased it, even though it had been misrepresented and he had lied to us.

My wife and I were nervous going into Ken Garff, and tired of pushy sales people. I had been looking for a replacement vehicle for several days after mine had been totaled by another driver talking on his cell phone. I knew what I needed and what I felt I could afford to spend, which wasnt much as we have had several trips to the hospital and Dr.s lately. Chris and Trey were amazing. Chris was totally laid back and took all feelings of pressure away while Trey helped us feel like we were his most important customers ever. When it was all said and done we left with not only a new work truck for me, but also a more dependable car for my wife. She had reservations going into Ken Garff, but now we will defiantly be back in a few years to look for a car for my teenager. Thanks again Chris and Trey!

My husband and I had been searching for months for a more comfortable family car, 3 growing kids in a sedan is squishy! My husband and I are both stubborn to what we want in a vehicle, Noah was beyond amazing listening to all our wants/needs, & informing us of new stock that would come in that might work for us. We first walked on the lot at the end of July and finally purchased a vehicle in October! The service team, Riley & John are really nice and informative! Im not proud to say we were probably the biggest pain customer with how indecisive we are, but one tidbit of advice I would give a new buyer for any dealership they go to, is ask for the service history if it was done at one of their dealerships. Thanks guys, we love our Pathfinder!
