ok, i purchased a vehicle on Saturday a Saturn. So far everything here has been wonderful. Yani the sales person was very good at telling me about the car. I looked at three cars, all of them appeared to be good quality vehicles. He was not trying to get me to buy a specific vehicle just becasue he needed to move it. He let us go through all the vehicles and choose the one that i wanted and we also picked a back up vehicle in case it couldnt finance. He came back with an offer and we modified it a little and we were done. I believe this is the way I would always want to buy a used vehicle. I am not associated with them in any way and I went to 3 other car lots. One the guy is ignorant and he thought he was smarter then me which was a complete turn off. The other dealer said they do in house financing, which they dont. Viva does bank financing and they can do it for you. If you want a QUALITY used car with no BS and good service, I would go there. I have not taken the vehicle yet, but i drove it on the streets and the highway. if there is any negative things to report, believe me, i will post it. again, i would purchase from them again. you are welcome to reply and post something if you need my further assistance. i will check back after i have my vehicle for 30 days. good luck! +++++ my 30day follow up+++++ i had some minor things pop up, took car in everything done to make sure my car is great for me!!! great experience continued!!

I bought an 06 f250 at a great price, ever since I walked in the door yoni was nothing but friendly and did everything he could to help me out! A week after owning the truck an o ring decided to go out, I called yoni up got the truck down here and it was fixed in no time! Absolute great customer service and great people, as a first time vehicle buyer I had a lot of doubt that Id get approved but I did in 15 minutes thanks to these guys with a great monthly payment! I would 110% recommend everyone to buy from here, there not a Baja auto sales or Mexican dealership trying to make a quick buck there actually 2 brothers from Canada! And they are amazing people! Thank you again guys for everything!!

Did the test drive everything looked good. Few minor interior problems nothing big. Once I started started driving back home about 20-30 miles down the road. I started getting warning signs. And the truck just keeps adding up with more problems. I recommend signing some small warranty. (When you disconnect the battery cables it usually take about 15-30 miles for the computer to pick back up where it left off) I think they intentionally did that to hide the problems with the truck. Theyre not codes so it wont pick up a code reader. Just annoying. My worst experience buying a vehicle.

We are from New Jersey and purchased an older (2003) vehicle sight unseen from Viva Auto Sales. They went the extra mile to provide additional photos to get a true picture of what we were getting into. They said, "you really cant see that the paint has faded on the roof from the internet photos, let me send you more." Not what youd expect from a used car dealer - they were forthcoming with any known issues which were acceptable to us. They arranged delivery right to our doorstep. The vehicle arrived and it was just as they had portrayed. Truly great experience. Thank you.
