The only person there I feel thats worth talking to is James Burgess, the salesman Derrick was ok but his lack of employee empowerment greatly reflected on the the companies lack of trust and credibility of their salesmen and women. The finance guy i dealt with Angel, I can say im glad i will never see him again in my life because somehow or another he slipped in a 1095 dollar option in my contract that I was told nothing about, which translated to me not getting my car when promised. FURTHERMORE, Angel promised me that he would have a peice of mail out that was vital to getting me my car on time and because of his actions I still am with out a car and just a approval from the bank. I would also like to note that starring out the window at the Derricks desk on Saturday for hours on end waiting for ANGEL to get the contract in order was less than delightful. The part about all of this that bothered me the most is that when i told Derrick (my salesmen) i was hungry and wanted to go across the street to get some food his response " oh these guys dont like anyone to leave unless we have signatures." so in other words no i would appreciate it if you sat here in hunger until we get some money from you. Luckily James (sales Manager) told him to take me in the back 30 min later and give me some of their employee food. After my recent problems were brought to light to John Quiroz, I must say that my experience with Raceway Ford has been a complete 180. Not only did John immediately coach his staff on my issues and make sure that they never happen again with me or any other customer, he footed the bill to fill up my 2005 Suburban which was nearly 100 dollars. In addition to when my issues were brought to his attention I received a call from John the very next day and he told me my car could be picked up at my earliest convenience. Raceway gave me a great deal on the car price and made sure that ALL verbal agreements were honored as if they were written in stone. Thanks again for doing everything in your power to maintain great customer satisfaction to John, Derrick and James. I would also like to note that if anyone has any issues with the staff (which i hope they dont) John Quiroz will do whatever it takes to make sure his customers are treated with the utmost respect.

I took my car for a simple fix and it turned into a $1200 job. They have the worst customer service ever. Initially the service rep told me that my thermostat will cost $958 and why I asked why it was so much compare to other places where I can get it for $50, he explained and said "theres a lot of little parts we need to assemble". When I asked the service rep to itemize the $958 for me, he said let me look into it. He called me back 20 minutes and said "our department had the wrong quantities ", but even if that was the case it shouldnt cost me as much as he charged me at the end approximately $600. The service rep made everything seem like HE was doing me a favor by having my car service at this location. I have never in my life meet anyone that was this arrogant and someone that treats the customer this bad! I ended up doing the transmission oil and had the radiator flushed and everything cost me approximately $1200! The customer service is horrible in this place. They rip you off! Nothing was explained to me even though I spend $1200. For sure stay away from this place if you can. Horrible horrible horrible service! this place is a sketchy and try to avoid it if you can. I made multiple attempts to contact the supervisor but no one ever answered my calls or returned my voicemail until now. Oh and the best part is, my car is still leaking and its not fixed! This place is a joke! ********* Update, the service department manager did call me. The managers dont answer their phones, doesnt return voicemail and most importantly they dont care. He called and offered absolutely nothing. Pretty much just told me to go kick rocks. Raceway Ford is very active about responding to comments online to show potential customers that their customer service is good, but thats not the case. Ive said it multiple times, this place is expensive and the customer service sucks.

Bought a vehicle from here about a year ago, was a nice running truck on the outside but if you go a little deeper than that you will find many problems with the vehicle and what raceway ford did for me. They gave me a used vehicle, I understood the risk that were involved with buying a used vehicle however I did not understand the part where I got screwed out of things essential in order for me to properly use the truck Such as the key lock being broken, the guy that gave me the key to the car tried showing me that it worked, however the car was already UNLOCKED when infact I found this out the hard way when the next day when I go to unlock my car it does not UNLOCK! I felt taken advantage of and used. I have had friends lock my truck before only to be told by me that my car does not unlock and now I have spent more money on getting Triple A to come and unlock the car from me than I would of had to buy a new truck. Thats ok the key lock was possibly my fault for trusting the guy that the truck unlocked on its own that was my fault but however, they gave me a spare tire. When I go to use the spare tire I find out there is no part to even unlock the spare tire as they did not leave it under the seats like any other dealer I have bought a car from has done in the past! Is this how they conduct business? Trying to skim their customers out of a deal? I bough the car for 16 thousand dollars a 2006 dodge Dakota. My point that I am getting at here is that these guys will skim you for your dollar by not providing the basic necessitates to a car. Such as a WORKING KEY LOCK or some tools to even ACCESS your own vehicle parts.. Dont buy a used car from here Worse investment in my life

Not a reliable, honest, or customer friendly company at all. just bought a used vehicle from them with extended warranty for four years bumper to bumper. Within in two days of purchasing the vehicle and using the a/c it was not working properly. took the vehicle in to get looked at. After 8 hours of being there they didnt look at it at all. One week later the van broke down on the road. took it in again. called multiple times and no answer, always redirected to voice mail. once a returned call. after three days of vehicle setting they get authorization to fix the alternator. But will not cover the a/c because they say animal has chewed the wiring. Has not worked since we received it. we also asked for 3 other things to be looked at but they have not check those out either. We were told once in three days that they were doing repairs and another day they waiting for repair. another day they said they were doing repairs, and then the next day they will start the repairs if we approve them. That was with us contacting them not up front or seem to be honest at all. one time they called us back through the whole ordeal. We fiscally had to go there every time to get any info at all. work for a service company and would never do that to any of our customers. We do understand that some times there are communications errors and no body is perfect. but they dropped the ball at every possible chance and did not try to pick it up at all. Our fleet vans and trucks will now go somewhere else. We only ask for honest, up front and at least communication with us on what is going on.
