in March, 2016, I bought a 99 Volvo V70XC with 144,000 miles for under $4,000. One of the ignition coils went out before I got it home later that day. The owner immediately offered to send a tow truck out to pick up the car, get to their garage and fix it. They were pleasant to deal with and helpful, and when the coil went out, the owner was a stand-up guy with an immediate plan to make things right. In Southern California, its really hard to get anything even remotely reliable for under $5k. But, ignition coil aside, the Volvo I bought was in immaculate condition for a 17 year-old car. Does it have a few issues? Sure. Its 17 years old. You dont buy a car that old without having to put some money into it. But considering the cars condition and age, I got a great deal for exactly the car I had been looking for. There was another dealer in town with a similar vehicle, but substantially more mileage, and they wanted $1,500 more for it. Im happy with my experience with them.

This place has great customer service. I went in to see a car and really didnt like the trade-in they offered. Got a call from Peter a few days later about reconsidering their offer. We talked and were able to make it work. Mark was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Everyone that works there seem like good and genuine people that arent trying to rip you off. I spent months looking at trade in opportunities and these guys provided the best experience. They were fair and honest. I would definitely recommend getting a car from here. The vehicle I got from here is excellent, Im really stoked on the deal I got on it. I was looking at paying almost twice as much for a similar vehicle at other dealerships. If youre trying to trade in your car though I would probably look somewhere else. I was low-balled pretty badly and it took a lot of talking to get them to give me fair value for my vehicle.

I wont buy from this lot. First, and foremost, they have the lot wired to listen in on conversations. The guy who was there, a tall guy with a shaved, birthmarked head, threw a screaming temper tantrum because I intimated (privately on the lot with my companions while he was inside the office) that I didnt trust him. The reason I didnt trust him by then, after roughly one minute of interaction, was that he couldnt answer even very simple, basic questions that other dealers can answer confidently and easily, and became somewhat aggressive when pressed for specific answers. Buying a car here is -begging- to get ripped off. Dont do it!

For a really small lot, they had a decent selection of cars. At first, I didnt really see anything that was worth taking a look at but one of the guys pulled up the website and found a few cars in my range that werent on the lot and someone else drove the car over onto the lot in literally 2 minutes for me to see. I felt like the prices were a tad high but they do offer a warranty on the cars. The gentlemen working there were alright. They didnt pressure me like stereotypical annoying car salesmen but it wasnt outstanding customer service. This car lot is worth checking out though if youre in the area.

The guy is only there on the weekend and Thursdays was very helpful and let use check out any car we saw we liked. He was very nice and answered any questions we had. All the cars are in our price range and looked great even though the mileage was pretty high but what do you expect for the price. If you think you can find better you cant, we looked at so many places and hoping to buy a car tomorrow when the owner is there!!!

Had a great buying experience at Carz. Had been to several other dealers, but Carz had well priced used cars without some of the restrictions or salvage title vehicles found at other dealers. Sales staff was straightforward about cars they were offering and gave me useful advice as to vehicles I might be interested in, in terms of reliability and future maintenance costs.

My husband bought a truck here over a year ago it was not put in his name so we couldnt have the tags renewed. When we came to ask the car lot about it the denied it. We have never received a title for the truck even though it is paid off. To this day still trying to get it straightened out! Worst mistake ever buying a vehicle from here!

Obviously the sales men are their to sale cars! But still More then 4 grand for a car with 200k miles is rediculous, lucky Im not an idiot or they would have jipped me with a P.O.C. Car... The cars there werent BAD but still OVERPRICED
