I NEVER give 1 star reviews because I know how bad it can hurt a business but unfortunately CARCO deserves a 1 star. PLEASE READ FULL REVIEW. Was down to earth with these guys and made a deal that ensured these guys can go home and eat as well as let me go home and eat with my family. I respect the car industry and I know not all deals can be good and I have family and friends in the business so I get it... HOWEVER, this is what you call a FAILED DEAL. I purchased their 2006 SRT-8 TODAY. I go to school full time about an hour plus away and knew I had to pay than pick up later. That is fine with me I told them I would swing by and pay than pick up later that night. The car wasnt there because it was "getting prepped." In the car sales business 100% of dealerships "prep" by ensuring the vehicle is detailed, alarm activated, etc. This is standard practice. The car was supposed to be detailed, and alarm installed. My DUE BILL specifies the alarm but I was never provided the key fobs to control the alarm. Apparently, this alarm system doesnt use a key fob? WHAT? This goes without saying. ALL ALARMS IN 2017 have key fobs which can open and unlock the door. Plus this is a 2007 Chrysler SRT-8 which comes standard!!! So there is a problem here. I shrug it off..for now... Than I realize it was never detailed. It was very dark outside parked by the curb and I had two kids with me to to ensure were safe so I didnt notice until I pumped gas down the street. They kept the car on empty how nice of them..I wont complain about the empty gas tank though because it wasnt in my contract... In fact, the contract states a LOWER NUMBER!!! BUT guess what?! I shook hands and was a man of my word because thats all we have in this life!!! Turns out the car detail, was BS, the alarm was BS, and this deal IS BS!!! Its sad the the manager Mike and car salesmen like Chris have no respect. I expected more from Chris as me and him share a natural bond for serving our country. Chris.. Shame on you. You got one life have respect for yourself and the people!!! My final straw though ABOVE ALL is having Mike the Manager telling me as I tuck my kids in the car seats was, "Oh, so by the way we still need you to come back to get the car VERIFIED so can you come back soon?" Now im getting pissed. Because guess what? That wasnt specified under the contract. I asked what does the verification consist of and how long does it take? He says 2 hours or so to verify the VIN etc. I am certain he means it needs to be taken to the DMW to get it checked to be able to officially sale the vehicle. So technically, it was already illegal to sell me a car that wasnt even under the dealers name!!! If it was than why verify it? So that some employee can joyride my car and waste my gas even potentially destroying my car that i just signed for? I will not waste my time and gas to come back for this. It isnt in my contract or under any paper I agreed to. I would have lived with the rest of the BS that happened in this deal because I did in fact agree with them technically under the contract. However, the ALARM system deal is a scam by definition under law I can easily fight that in court because the DUE BILL states "install security." It doesnt state what alarm this is true but lets be real here. This organization is unprofessional and disrespectful. The majority of reviews are FAKE. If you have bad credit and need a car do yourself a favor and buy elsewhere. In the end its your hard earned money. YOU WONT BE HAPPY. YOU WERE WARNED.

These people are the worst of used car salesmen. I I could do zero stars I would. Before leaving the dealership I was asked to write a positive review... now I just feel like an overworked A-hole. Thats what I wrote for them before I drove off the lot with my "AS IS WARRENTY" Then I discovered that the air conditioning panel needed to changed, along with the passenger side window and the drivers side door mechanism... oh and then there was that timing belt problem... oops! forgot the price that I assumed had taken care of items like that. I only paid $3000 more than it was worth. So now I got a car for $3,500 over what should have been the price but need to pay $3000 + get it fixed. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! They are nice guys that love to rip you off! I could of let them fix the repairs they should have caught before I bought it and paid 1/2 of the cost... would you trust them or the parts they use? I dont think I have ever been ripped off more than Carco ripped me off. I now have a bill for $2300 to fix my used car, and it isnt from just a mechanic, it is the owner of the shop who has been a fiend for 25+ years. When I called to complain I was hung up on. When I returned the call the person was nice but basically said "Its your problem, even though the guy I filled out the paperwork promise to fix everything I was stuck." If this wasnt a family fiendly (spelled correctly) web site Id might say something like stuck you.

Went in to look at a specific car--sticker price was 3000 more than advertised online and they wouldnt offer the online price. Not upfront about financial information, couldnt give me an exact number on the interest rate, but instead were telling me that it was between 15 and 25%. How do you not know what interest rate youre giving someone on a loan? When I did the math, it was actually about 35 to 40 percent! And, they were trying to charge almost 5000 more than Blue Book for the car. There is also no warranties provided on any cars. This place is slimy and the epitome of used car stereotypes--the manager was actually wearing a gold chain and leather jacket. Avoid this place at all costs.
