I used to work for a big Honda dealership in Orange County and I was in the market for the new 2013 Honda Accord EX-L. So just like other people, we gotta shop around a bit (in my case, I already knew what I can get it for). So I called a couple dealerships around the area. Finally, the "EXTREMELY LOW" quote (about $700 lower than our internet price) from Honda of Riverside Metro Auto Group got me to take a 45 min drive to visit their dealer. And just as I expected, they came at me with an extra $1000 on top of the quoted number that they gave me. Saying the quoted number included factory rebates, college grad rebates, military rebate, value owner rebate, competitive owner rebate, lease cash rebate, etc. So basically, if you dont fall into ALL of these categories (remember you gotta get ALL of these listed rebates), you will NOT be able to get the quoted price. Before we left, they made an effort to do $500 over the quoted number (which is a very good deal too) but they would not let us go through Honda special finance for the 2013 Accord (they would not do an option contract either) because they want to hold some bank rate. So, we waste no time and walk out of there. What a waste of time, but I gotta say it is a good lesson for me. I should have known better since I am in the business as well. I am not going to say to stay away from this dealership. But I just want other people who read this review to make sure of their price before they step into this dealer or you will have to play some more game on the so called "INTERNET PRICE" that they have.

If I could give a 0 stars, I would! My daughter took her hyundai in to get an estimate for repairs. After charging me $120, Nick met with her and gave her a general idea of what the repairs would cost. "Youre looking at somewhere between $3,000 and $4,000" He DID NOT give her an itemized quote, LIKE SHE ASKED FOR and paid for. When shed asked him for one, for the second time, he said that they did not give out itemized quotes until she agreed to get the repairs done there. (I wonder if Nick would have acted the same way if I would have gone in instead of my 21 year old daughter.) After hearing this, I called the service manager, Jim Sams, and told him about the situation and what Nick said. Jim proceeded to say that there was NO WAY that Nick would have said that...in essence calling my daughter and I liars. He repeatedly talked over me, interrupted me, and generally acted with ZERO sense of customer service. I was genuinely shocked that someone in a service industry was being so flat out RUDE to me, a potential customer of a hefty repair. I did finally get an estimate faxed to me. Since then, I have gone to two different body shops to get itemized quotes. THE MOST EXPENSIVE of the two quotes, was $2100. So not only does this dealership provide horrendous customer service, they also rob you blind. I WILL NEVER GIVE THIS DEALERSHIP ANY OF BUSINESS AGAIN. I suggest you dont either.

I have never made a comment on this website, or any other. I cannot stand the commercials for the Riverside Group. Each and everyone disgust me...however, I contacted their Honda Internet Manager and requested a quote on a 2016 Honda CRV.....Possibly I made a mistake by telling the representative of my dislikes of their commercials! After speaking with the representative for an extended period of time, providing her with my intention to lease a vehicle, I received a very subtle response. She assured me that I would be quickly contacted with the details of the lease. Not one returned call. Wow, what a dealership. I have leased for 35 years and am familiar how fleet and Internet managers work. They promptly provide the payment, terms and a detailed list of the leasing contract. Believe me those at this dealership are unprofessional to say the least. If you want to deal with reputable dealerships, you can try the following, with ultimate confidence: Honda of Esondido (Where I leased my CRV), DCH in Temecula, Spreen Honda in Loma Linda and Glendora Honda. Any dealer that asks what payments you want on a National Lease is more than likely not an "internet manager". They are most probably, just a salesperson.....Good Luck. I presently lease 3 new vehicles.

These guys are rip offs... they try to bring you in by saying they will work with u and what you wanna put down... i spoke with mike and mark the sales manager...well i think that was his name but yeah..... My sister drove all the way from Pasadena...my brother from victorville and me from Rialto because they told us that it was definitely possible with what we wanted to put down. i told them about us driving from far and needed them to really keep their word and three times they changed everything on us once we were there and even ran our credit every single one of those times witch put hard inquiries on our credits ...they told us they were soft inquiries AND LIED LIED LIED...they called me again with the same bullshit saying they wanted to make it work for me.... I finally decided to go to ROCK HONDA!!! the people in rock honda got me a payment lower then what i wanted and i got a brand new car instead of a used one like the people at metro Nissan were trying to sell.... ROCK HONDA MADE IT HAPPEN!!! So here is a big F***************CK YOU!!! Metro nissan!!!

I love Riverside Honda! I purchased my Accord Sport just over 1yr ago and Nana was so helpful and kind. He truly went above and beyond for me. I also take my car in for routine services and I am extremely satisfied with how polite and helpful they are. Juan is always my service advisor and he always gives my a breakdown of what needs to be done and I leave with no unanswered questions. The girls at the service desk are always sweet and are on top of all the orders. This has been the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership. Everyone seems so happy to be there and ready to help. I have never felt hounded or taken advantage of as most car dealerships could have you feeling. Thank you to Nana and Juan, you both have great service and on a scale of 1-10 with 10 being extremely satisfied I would rate you both 10 across the board. Thank you to the team at Riverside Honda, you all deserve to be acknowledged and recognized for going above and beyond but I cant remember everyones name.

First rate dealership Riverside Metro Mazda, been dealing with them since 2012. Car is in every 5-6000 miles for a check up and the price pre quoted is what I paid each and every time. Ive even had an out of warranty dashboard replacement for which they took care of without cost to me because they felt it was still a questionable manufacturing issue,(they could have denied it if they wanted too). Today car was in for engine light, they could have charged me for a diagnostic but instead they figured it out and reset the computer checked out the rest of the car , washed it and sent me on my way without charge. Thats taking care of the customer ,,,my first choice for any car purchases in the future is Riverside Metro Auto group,, Top notch customer service ""PERIOD""
