BUYERS BEWARE!!!! Do not buy from this dealer! Bought a truck, less then a week later the injectors go out, thank god for the "warrenty" right. Well wrong, they sent it over to another repair shop cause they dont want to deal with it. Been there for a week and it hasnt even been touched yet. Whole staff is super rude, I would have never bought my truck from them if I knew it was going to be anything like this. Going through the lemon law process as we speak.

the receptionist is the worst i call to inquire about a car and tells me he does not know hes just a receptionist, then tells me to call tomorrow i call back then tells me he cant help me and the sales person that left a msg is not in and to call tomorrow, instead of passing me to a sales person.

Great staff, I thought I had the lowest APR with my bank, but they were able to make a lower offer. Ive bought many vehicles at many different dealers, Jims was the easiest truck buying experience, and they were willing to work with the price. Id recommend anyone to buy a vehicle from Jims.

They wouldnt repair some things that a dealer should have fixed and tore the front leather seat....didnt disclose all the things wrong with it. Didnt even put gas in it...
