Long Story: I live out of the area, I had to drive 2 hours to see the car. So First I wanted to call and speak with someone about the car. A salesman exchanged text with me about the car and he reassured me that this car was perfect and was the one I was looking for. ***The salesman on the phone would NOT give me the total price over the phone after repetitively asking for it. "Well work with you," is all I got.*** So, No choice. I was interested in the car. I drove the 2 hours one way to see the car. When I arrived, I walked into the showroom to see about some help. ****I was greeted by some older salesman/manager who knows. I told him what car I was looking at. ....... I was told I COULD NOT AFFORD THAT CAR AND COULDNT BE FINACED BECAUSE I WAS A FIRST TIME BUYER. I SHOULD CHOOSE ANOTHER CAR....... Mind you, this guy has no idea who I am, What credit score I have, How many cars I have financed, or how much I have in cash.****** Moving on.... Someone else helped me and showed me the car. ***Check engine light is on.**** ***Check engine light is on.**** ***Check engine light is on.**** Test drove it. ****Okay... Sat down with fiance manager to buy the car... Asked for the TOTAL price of the car because I had no idea.... which he gave me 4,000$ more then It was advertised online for PLUS the TAX and LIC fees......**** blah blah blah later okay okay Well sell the car for what it was listed online for ( ******again, its the law to sell the car for whats it listed for**** ) Hes not doing me any favors here.... All i requested was the check engine light to be taken care of.... Since its illegal to sell a car with a CHECK ENGINE LIGHT ON..... *************** They REFUSED TO FIX THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT They told me to buy the $3,000 Warranty, That would fix the issue..... Warranties are for issues that accrue in the feature. NOT WHEN YOU BUY THE CAR. HUGE WASTE OF TIME. THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. After all that they told me its in a very good condition and that was also a lie and the car didnt even last a week without breaking down and stop working completely! Im right now very disappointed if you want to lose your money and mess up your credit go to this place theyre all bunch of liars and THIEFS as I told you in the beginning there really good at talking and make you buy anything they know how to make you love them and trust them and they know how to brainwash you Basically I lost my $8000 car and I added $15,000 extra on my credit its all a mistake because they know how to lie in your face please guys pay attention when you go to this fraud place

Just bought a bmw from them and the transmission blew COMPLETELY in the first month. They refuse to give me a loaner car or rent me a car and my life is in complete shambles because of this. After telling me they would not get me a loaner car, the guy for some odd reason told me "its a federal offense to record a conversation with out consent" then HUNG UP IN MY FACE ! I have no idea what that was about but now the dealership wont answer the phone. I DO NOT recommend these guys at all!!!!! EDIT**** update They put me in a different car. When i was there purchasing my new car, i witnessed them lend out a car to older gentleman while they were repairing his car. They told me they didnt do loaners. So anyways, Within the first 3 days my new impala is inoperable, the steering went out completely. They picked my car up thurday and told me i would get it back the same day. Now im being told i wont get it back til MONDAY. And are refusung once again to loan me a car. This is A LEMON DEALER!!! And they are complete assholes

Saw a vehicle listed on their website and drove an hour to check them out. The original vehicle I went to see the front bumper was all messed so, looked at another which was the same vehicle just nicer. We test drove it and all was good and they were working the deal. Well the site had one price listed and they tried jacking the price up on us saying the online price was for cash buyer, which was stated nowhere so they agreed on that price. I have good credit and have experience buying a lot of cars, and their numbers just didnt make sense and add up so I questioned everything. We finally came to an agreement and waited FOREVER and thought they were getting paperwork ready. Come to find out they were selling the car to someone else well working a deal with us. They wanted to try working a deal on another car but I was done and left. Stay away and know what your doing so they don;t take advantage.

I went on a test drive last night, told them I was just inquiring not looking to drive away with the car that same night. Test drive went well, negotiations not so well. I didnt want to get my credit ran so they wouldnt discus numbers with re regarding the value of my trade-in. I have exceptional credit and just didnt want to deal with their finance program so I walked away. This morning I realized they kept my DL. I emailed Maria Abundio, the girl who I was contacting me before stopping at the dealership, and she never returned my call. I called them fifteen minutes ago, got transferred three time and have been on hold while Im typing this. Horrible customer service. This is the second negative experience I had with them in last two months. Save your time, dont bother walking in here, you will find better deals at Car Gurus

DONT BUY HERE!!! Be careful when you sign the contract, the very first top that talks about cancelation fee and restocking fee...you must ACCEPT, If you DECLINE it and theres something wrong with your purchase YOU WONT BE ABLE TO RETURN IT, Thats the tricky part, ACCEPT and sign the ACCEPT line thats NOT highlighted...see thate the tricky part. The issue here is that they highlight the places they want you to sign with very vague information, they "explain" fast and they talk to you to get you distracted so you sign WHAT THERY WANT not what you need. Besides, once you pay they ignore you and they dont care for you, they just want your money...thats all they care. The good reviews youll see here are because theyre people who works there. THEYRE NOT HONEST....tricky
