Just after a somewhat unpleasant experience at Carmax in Kearny Mesa, I searched elsewhere for the car I wanted - a 2006 Honda Element EX-P. I landed a beautiful find at the West Coast Auto Finance Dealership. This 2006 Honda Element was packed with extra goodies, such as a sunroof, 4WD, brand new tires and brakes; and a near perfect exterior and interior. The added PLUS was that the price was much fairer than that of their competitors. The brother team of Sean and Mark Attai are both professional and friendly; and will make you feel at home and put no pressure on you to buy. They are not ultra hype like a lot of car salespeople, rather calm and poised. That is not what I saw at Carmax - just over-hyped auto prices and a pushy, telemarketing style of selling. Sean and Mark maintain a sleek and clean office and lot and the wait was not very long at all. My eight-year old found the waiting times bearable and did not lose her wit. Overall, your business here is wanted! I drove away a very happy car owner! Thanks Sean and Mark!!

Just bought a truck from the gentlemen at West Coast Auto Finance and had an EXCELLENT experience! They were friendly and took the time to really work with us. The truck we picked out was incredibly well priced and we went in having already been pre approved with our bank. The guys went above and beyond and pulled out all the stops to get us financed for the same amount with an APR half of what our bank had offered. They stayed late working with us (yes I understand we just made them money lol) and were friendly the entire time. They didnt pressure us, were never impatient and at no point did I feel that if I told them Id wanted to sleep on it and come back that they would have been rude like Id experienced at other dealerships. They were fun, bantered back and forth with us and made the entire, somewhat stressful, process very pleasant. I would absolutely recommend them not only for their competitive pricing (we looked for quite some time before coming in) but for their exceptional customer service :)

I searched for three weeks for a decent used car to get for my niece who was moving to San Diego to go to school. I saw a VW at West Coast Auto Finance (via the CARFAX website) with low mileage and a perfect maintenance history. The asking price was right on for the age, mileage and condition, but was a little over the budget. Sean showed me the VW and left me alone to really give the car a good look over and then we took it for a test drive. Negotiating a price with Sean was painless. He and I discussed what price would work for us both, and without any drama, we made a deal. He even kept the car on the lot for two weeks while I waited for my niece to arrive in San Diego and come to the paperwork and drive off the lot. I have bought cars from dealers all over the country and after dealing with Sean and Mark, I will definitely go to see them again before my next car purchase.

Mark and Sean were very patient w me as I ran around the San Diego area in search for a better deal. After a week of relentless research I was forced to conclude that West Coast Auto Finance had THE BEST and most clean cars around for the most fair prices. And now, after a week of ownership, I realize that I made a great investment - not only in my beautiful mint condition luxury car, but in all three of our hearts. They are the sweetest men I have ever run into in the car business and now they are my friends. I love these guys and I recomend them to all of my friends and family.

You dont often find a user car dealership with this level of service as well as a sales staff that you can trust to stand behind their product. Not only do they have a great inventory, but they take pride in the cars that they select to sale, and make the buying process simple and painless. It is immediately apparent that Mark and Sean are part of the community to whom they sell their cars, and were a tremendous asset in helping me through the process. Next time around, I will definitely be back to West Coast Auto Finance. Highly Recommended!
