Saw a truck come in on their carrier. They said it would go up after being checked over by their mechanic. Their mechanic gave it a clean bill. We negotiated the deal and moved forward with the offer. But there were so many issues..... 1) the OWNER tried telling me that the gross vehicle weight is the towing capacity 2) They couldnt get us financed - but the credit union could (nothing curious there)- when I went in with the deposit and told them we had financing, the owner snidely said, "If you say so." What? Because Im lying about this? 3) They cashed my deposit when they were just supposed to hold it - so I had to wait to get a check back from them. The owner was just rude and condescending with me at every turn 4) Wanted to have our mechanic inspect the truck. Neither the dealer or our mechanic disclosed the fact that he does fleet work for them - a clear conflict of interest. They were very specific about asking WHERE I was taking the truck for an inspection, though. Supposedly "for the insurance" - no, more like "We want to know that the mechanic is not going to tell you the TRUTH" 5) Get the truck - the four-wheel drive was not working. They did have their mechanic fix it, and we were thrilled. But he took weeks to get it right, at least 3 visits, and we ultimately wound up having to pay for "1/2" the work. I dont know what we would have paid through another mechanic - but Im pretty sure it wouldnt have taken more than 8 business days to do it 6) Were finally on the road with a working truck - and the engine blew. Yes. the ENGINE blew. What bad luck, right? Until another mechanic digs in and says that someone had played around in the engine to get a different size spark plug in there! There was frame damage that SHOULD have been disclosed. When we called them to see if they could do anything at all to make this right, they basically told us to pound sand. Im not saying they monkeyed with that system - but after the mechanic had supposedly taken the entire thing apart to fix the four-wheel drive - how did he NOT notice that issue with the spark plug? If you decide to do business with this scam artist - do not trust his mechanic for anything. Make sure that you go to a truly independent shop who is NOT doing work for him. We spent as much on an engine as we spent for the darned truck. Better yet - do yourself a favor --skip this guy completely and just go to an actual dealer. They may charge more - but youll have more recourse for resolutions if you have problems. They also wont be rude and treat you like you dont know anything about vehicles.

Very poor customer service! Rude not only to us but to a few other customers while we were waiting. They werent understanding with our situation at all. I wouldnt waste your time going there. We found a much better deal and much nicer condition else where . The vehicle definitely had alot of hidden problems but they didnt want to admit it . Not trustworthy. Its a Tiny corner shop, basically no parking. But the vehicle smelled horrible it was in the vents and on the seats which would be really hard to get out. Go to (Auto trader) KDK Auto Brokers Inc , much better service, understanding, helpful, more selection and better deals. It was a headache but we gave it a shot and Ron ferrari isnt worth the run around or time. This shop is a scam with their vehicles!

Bought a used car from them in 2012. It was a 2000 Ford Focus and I got it for a good price so I cant really complain that much. However aside from continuous engine problems Ive probably taken it to the shop every month for the last three years. Also turns out that it still has its original tires from 12 years ago. Oh and I just found out my license plate lights were out so I went to replace them, but there werent even lights in. Ive been driving around for three years without license plate lights because I bought the car but they neglected to tell me they had not put any license plate lights in. Disappointed and Ive spent way more money than this car is worth to keep it running.

My father purchased a 2006 Ford F-150 on February 3rd,paid $9000 for it. Had to put over $3600 into it to get it running again after a week and a half. Also needs new brake pads and rotors, which will cost over $500 to get done. Once we got it home, after it had stalled out on the road several times, the salesman was called and all he had to say was "It got you home" and was rude. I would not recommend this car lot to anybody. Finally had my brakes and roders put on, cost me more money than i expected because the salesman didnt tell me he took the parking shoes out of it.

I bought an 04 toyota pickup. One week after I bought it the transmission lines started leaking and I had to have it towed to a shop and have it repaired. Two weeks later I had to have a pin hole in the rear end fixed which my mechanic said somebody patched so no one would notice. Ron Ferrari never offered to help when I contacted them. I would never recommend them.

I searched for the truck I was looking for on Auto Trader and found 3 that I liked in the Brunswick area. Ron Ferrari was the first and last stop I made on my way from Pittsburgh. I found a great truck, a great price, a great trade number, and a great group of folks. Ed, Cookie and Ron were all outstanding. You wont go wrong buying here.

I bought a car from them less than a year ago and have only been able to drive it a few times dues to all of the issues it has. I was assured a mechanic went over it thoroughly which was a total lie. I have to sink almost as much as I paid for it to get it to run. I would not recommend buying a car from this place.

We just purchased our second vehicle from Ron Ferrari Auto Sales. The first one was a truck for my husband and recently purchased a vehicle for my daughter who is in college. The staff were very helpful and the customer service was above and beyond!

Terrible experience. Blatantly lied to over the phone about the truck having working heat, a/c, and cruise control. Drove 100 miles to come see it and given a lame excuse as to why it wasnt working. Totally unprofessional avoid at all costs!

This is the sleezy car lot you see on so many car commercials . Spend your money elsewhere . These people put lipstick and band aids on junk and want top dollar and then tell you to pound salt when something goes wrong a week later.
