I am new in town & just relocated from 1100 miles. I searched for a Mercedes dealer to perform my A1 Service. I spoke with Bob a certified service agent in detail from the service department, not just an associate that answers the phone to know exactly what my cost would be. I gave him my VIN # so that they could be sure to identify my vehicle before the date. They told me that my cost would be exactly $229.00 . When I arrived on 4/ 2/2016, I met with Tom. He took 50 minutes to examine the profile of my car. He explained the total history of my car as if I didnt know it. He made suggestions for me & I opted out of a couple until my next svc. He told me that the price that they gave me over the phone was a not written in stone. So, it was false. He said that it was from $229 & up. This is wrong. His customer svc demeanor was awkward. He was telling me that everything my car uses synthetic; like synthetic oil & spark plugs, etc.;. He tried to persuade me to get my spark plugs changed because they could deteriorate and cause me grief& a lot of money because someone just told him about that in a story of another customer. He admitted that e was an old dog that can learn a new trick every once in a while. That was a scare tactic that didnt work on me. I keep my car serviced & up to date. Just a waste of my time. : ( I explained to Bob that this is my 3rd Mercedes & that I am well aware of the services. He was a smarty pants person like one that cut you off because he knows what hes talking about. He told me that I needed my tires rotated, & he could see that Id bought new tires because they are looking good. My car came with those tires in 2012. I have not bought new tires yet. He swore me down that someone must have changed my tires. How ridiculous! Wouldnt I know if? If I had not have driven 54 miles to get to Fort Meyers Mercedes & my car could wait for the service I would have walked away. Bob only cared about a one time deal. Wouldnt it better if you were good at customer service so that the customer could keep returning for service? I guess not. I will not ever return to that place for service. Someone told me to go to Matics on Market Circle in Port Charlotte. This review is not to slander anyone but to help someone. it is honest from my heart. I hope people keep doing honest reviews to assist others with their research to find great customer service, courteous, honest people with good prices. Lepora

I have experienced 2 totally different levels of service at MBFM, I have purchased 4 cars from them over a few years, one as recently as last week and find Matt in sales first class and professional. However I cannot say the same thing about the service department, after an expensive major service & tire repair on my 2011 ML350 for $792.00 I had to return the car to replace a warranty part on back order. The car had completed less than 190 miles since the first visit and major service. On collection of the warranty repair they had charged me for a missing wheel lug bolt on the front left wheel. The same wheel & tire that had been repaired on the previous visit, they also rotated the wheels on this service so there is no doubt they had this wheel off twice and clearly failed to replace the wheel lug. There is also little doubt that the safety of my family and myself has been compromised by this poor quality workmanship. It begs the question do they torque the wheel nuts after replacing the wheels? if they did, then surely they would have noticed the missing lug? when I first complained I was met with complete indifference and incredibly anger from the service employee I was dealing with, he actually said "well someone has to pay for it" I then asked to see the service manager, he was both professional and extremely apologetic. I am really lost for words at the lack of joined up thinking that went on here, they leave a wheel lug off my car at a major service and after only a few miles when they finally discover the lug missing there first thought is to charge the customer for a new one! You really couldnt make this stuff up. After leaving the workshop I went to an independent garage and had all my lugs re-checked. A very disappointing experience, when you collect your car from a Mercedes dealer after any repair or service you expect it to be in a safe, roadworthy condition, mine was clearly not and that really concerns me. In a recent email asking for my feedback it contained the following "We will always provide the kind of care that gives you greater comfort and peace of mind behind the wheel" that was definitely not my experience. The only reason I submitted this review is because MBFM ask me for my feedback.

Walked in back in February this year and requested a black car black interior either e class or cls no prior accidents. Decided on an 2014 e350, traded in my 2013 c250 which had slight bumper damage which was repaired by coastland automotive the only mb body specialist in the area. My trade in was substantially decreased but that didnt bother me. What did concern me is I come to find out the certified e350 clean car fax in fact had different color paint on front an rear bumper brought to my attention by my paint correction specialist while detailing my e350. I mentioned it to grant who sold me the car and was brushed off. Few month down the road I take the car to coastland automotive to get few scratches on bumper fixed and holes filled in from where they had mounted front lincense plate. Come to find out theres body filler on rear bumper and aftermarket primer on the front bumper which ends up costing me an additional fee to fix. I call Mercedes get advised Ill hear from the used car manager, call never received. So I call back and advised I will have to talk to gm , week goes by no call. So I eventually find time in my schedule to visit Mercedes of fort Myers and honestly felt so uncomfortable speaking to the gm. Keep in mind I have social anxiety and travel with a service dog 24/7. Anyways I dont understand how my professionally fixed cosmetic issue on my 2013 c250 decreased my trade in substantially and yet a botched repair job on the 2014 e350 which I was charged full market value made it past your professional certification team. after being brought to your attention and being disregarded With no apology or reparations offered such as trading out for same model or for an opportunity to pay an extra 20-30k and trade for a better model etc. needless to say I was able to acquire a 2017 Audi a8l v8 For the past 10 days and after owning 4 Mercedes I think its time for a change for the better! The best or nothing? They gave me nothing. If your heart is set on Mercedes I strongly advised you to used Bonita or Naples locations

Mercedes of Fort Myers was fantastic start to finish. I got a great deal on my van (which was already priced much more reasonably than the exact same van in a 500 mile radius), and a fantastic deal on my trade in. I do tons of research before making a purchase, am willing to drive far out of town to get the right deal, and have traded more than my fair share of cars in life, and feel fine about both prices. Two other noteworthy things: I rolled into the dealership in a "well loved" 2013 Chevrolet Spark. Look it up. Driving this trade vehicle into a luxury car dealership could have been intimidating, but the staff was welcoming, accommodating, and the facility is beautiful, and comfortable. Everyone from front desk, to the used car manager, to the business staff was friendly and welcoming. No pressure tactics, no silly sales pitches, no "Oh fella youre KILLING US HERE, Im going to have to take this to my manager." Just a quick back and forth, completely painless negotiation (their initial offer and asking price on the van were both so close to where I wanted to be that not much was necessary), beautiful detail job on the van by the guys in the shop, and a full tank of gas (I did not think anyone did that anymore on a used car). The last thing Ill mention is that my salesperson, Jeff DeVries, made the experience the absolute best for me. He was my first contact online, and was great top to bottom. Replied to all of my emails, took extra pictures of the van for me, texted with me, etc. Met up with me twice, and took two different test drives. Not your typical sales guy. No "Listen Tim, I need to talk to you on the phone about some GREAT NEWS that I cant share in email" BS, and no BS in general. Jeff is a down to Earth guy who is very helpful, not invasive or overbearing, and generally awesome. Hes the kind of guy that makes you want to buy the car at his dealership so he gets the sale. Cant say enough good things about the folks at Mercedes-Benz of Fort Myers! Love my 2015 Kia Sedona SXL, thanks a lot!
