When you first walk into a Carite Dealership, theyll do everything they can to get you driving out of there the same day. Obviously. Now, this only leads to complete negligence on their end. The Finance company "Brite Financial" is run by complete ignorance. 85% of the time you call for customer service, nobody answers. Then, when you get ahold of somebody and they say theyll do something for you, dont ever expect to receive the callback. Everything about the financing is a shroud of deception. Whatever the sticker price is on a car in their lots, you can expect to pay a little more than double that at the end of your "Four Year Lease To Own". And thats all before you pay the "payoff fee" and obviously any mileage overages @ 15 cents/mile. "Job Loss Protection" - If you lose your job, you can turn the car in with no negative marks on your credit. BS. It will show up as a repossession on your credit report, then, theyll stick you with thousands of dollars in fees. They wont notify you of this in any fashion, then that gets put on your credit, first as a delinquency, then in turns into a charge-off. Which is when you have multiple different collection agencies calling you day and night to get their money. At the end of the day, I financed a vehicle through them because I had not established a lick of credit at the time and had no cosigners for a decent vehicle from a decent lot. They got me out of a pinch very temporarily only to find myself in a much larger pinch after all is said and done. Ladies and Gents, please do yourself a favor and do the appropriate research and only use places like Carite or Rightway in a last ditch effort to get a vehicle. Youll save yourself so much time, money and anguish.

I appreciate everything that both Danny MacDonald (Garden City - Sales) and Demitri Murphy (Madison Heights - Services) have done for me, as they have convinced me that they have been doing everything in their powers to help me get through this whole ordeal, but am simply amazed that I had to wait (and be charged) 56 days before this situation was resolved. These past 2 months have been full of intense pressure and stress, financially and emotionally, simply because all of my options were not made aware.
