I just got out of the Marine Corps after serving 10 years and this was the first time, in this country, that my business and I felt unwanted. I seen a few vehicles online at this dealership that I had interest in. When I arrived, I told the woman of the few I remembered. She searched and found out that a couple of them were sold. A Malibu was available that I had interest in, so I asked her if I can test drive it. She replied by saying nothing and just held out a hand. Eventually I came to the silent conclusion that she wanted my license. She asked if I was planning on taking out a loan or cash. I said cash. So you have a customer with cash and a variety of vehicles of interest. After taking the car for a ride, I went inside to talk to her. The whole exchange was: "How was it?" "Good, what can you do about the price?" "Its firm". "I can do $9800($200 less than offered)". "Nope". Thats when an awkward silence occurred and I said "thank you, I seen a lot of cars I liked from their site...bye". With the littlest amount of effort, she could have basically sold me anything. I left actually feeling quite embarrassed. Ive heard a lot of these smaller dealerships dont like cash purchases because they cant add the fees or insane interest rates but this was crazy. She didnt say "hey, take a look at this one" or "your getting great value with that price for x y z reasons. Very disappointed.

I had a bad experience at this location. I was under the impression I was getting the car I wanted at a certain price and when I went to sign the contract it was listed at $5,000 more than what was originally explained to me on TOP OF INTEREST. They couldnt explain this to me, they kept saying "This is just how its done." They also got upset that I was asking questions about the car and whether it had been in an accident and denied me a car fax. I went home and pulled the VIN and found out the car had been in not one but TWO accidents. The next day they miraculously pull a car fax showing me the car was still under warranty but didnt even want to show me the detailed report showing what service was done and what damage was reported, I had to keep asking. Overall, I was turned away for no reason just because I like to make sure I know what Im signing and I have every detail on the loan amount. I wouldnt suggest going here unless you do the research on the vehicles yourself and finance through someone other than this dealership. They were dishonest from the beginning and failed to disclose information on the vehicle I was buying.

Parked and walked in after looking at several cars on lot I had questions and certain cars I was wanting, I also had cash to buy , my salesperson I dont know if thats what she does because she was sitting behind a desk no one approached me outside , she says she will be right back...then comes back and says she cant help me the cars I want they dont have and I explain im interested in maybe others they do have, again she tells me cant help me, she did take my information of what I was looking for...but I wanted to look at others they had on lot but this sales person didnt know what to do.. I felt like they didnt want to deal with a person thats not stupid enough to pay 3 times what the cars worth ..sad they take advantage of a person who really needs a car and cant afford their extreme mark up I wont go back... WARNING THIS IS A GHETTO DEALERSHIP they will suck your blood.

Was in need of another car because my transmission was going out on my old car and I just got finished paying the note off. So I said let me check out US Auto, and see how much I have to put down on a car. Load and behold Justin and his team work a way where I didnt have to make any deposits all I had to do was trade in my car. The car have been running good.(I always do a Google review a month later to actually judge it.) Now I really dont drive like I use to because I just turned 30 so its just home and work. No partying and Im single.... Im not going to even switch the radio because a lot change from an 02 vehicle to a 07 vehicle far as price wise to install. All in all give them a chance and check the vehicles out before purchasing or bring someone who is a mechanic or knowledgeable of automobiles. And to fit your budget. Thanks again

My fiance and I both got trucks low miles and in great condition. Salesperson Jim Beasley super awesome, very kind and patience. Helped us with questions minor repairs and got us driving same day. The owner was hands on with us, made us feel right at home. By the next week, my mother, brother and my baby girl all had new vehicles. Thanks Abe, Jim, Kevin and Tracey P.S stay away from the a mechanic named Alex he is what u would call "putting a bandaid on a broken leg" repair guy. A ass-whole. If the owner could get a better mechanics I would send my people his way but what Im experiencing with my truck and the money Ive had 2 put out in only having the truck 4 two months over $1500 out of pocket and over 2700 on warranty claims.

I bought my 2007 cadillac escalade here, they told me your warranty is top notch youll be fine. Great investment my ass! 3 days in it was replacing a sensor, blower first the air conditioning, throttle body, spark plugs and wires oh and Im not done ball joint account got to be replaced. Oh did I mention Ive only driven the car about 6,000 miles since I had it. Truly disappointed if I didnt sign this as is warranty Id report they ass to the BBB BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. Consumer should be protected against car dealers such as these. All these repairs plus a car note and rental car fees when my truck is in the shop. And my salesman said he goes to church every Sunday yeah right this is not right. I would never recommend this place

purchased my 14k vehicle from us auto on plymouth rd which was wonderful! this office on grand river was EXTREMELY rude and the mechanic was awful and more rude then the people on the inside. its terrible to see such difference in the same company. I would NEVER recommend dealing with this place ever for anything. its terrible an disgusting i even had to wait on them for 3 days with no answers just to get my vehicle fixed. they shouldnt even be in business with their attitudes and should find other work elsewhere and let other people run that place. if i didnt buy your cars you wouldnt even have a damn job. so learn to treat your customers better and lose all the attitude.

Please read before coming here! This place is beyond a joke, the salesman Jay was horrible! Extremely rude and dishonest. Not only did he try to oversell the vehicle but he also was very difficult about the entire process. The Mountaineer was posted for 5000, Jay tried aruging saying the car was listed for 8000! After finally realizing that he was in the wrong he sold the car for what it was originally listed for. That is only the beginning of the issues, the vehicle itself only has 94,000 Miles on it but a ton of problems! The car was rigged, at risk of catching fire and needs a couple thousand dollars worth of work. This place is a waste of time. Please be cautious.
