Purchased a car on 12/11/15. I was given a temporary tag until the plate was to come back. Needless to say, after the temp tag expired, we went to the dealership to pick up the tag, but they said they didnt have it. We were told that the SOS as behind on processing tags. Our sales rep kept saying it would be in the next day. After falling for the next day lie 6 times, the sales rep stop taking our calls. So I called and asked to speak with the supervisor. The "awesome sauce " Rep would not let me speak with the supervisor . She kept telling me that my tag would be in soon and that even though the temp tag was already expired for 10 days now, they could not give me another one. So I called Lansing. The SOS in Lansing let me know that its impossible for the SOS to get behind in processing tags due to the temp tags being good for only 15 days. They let us know that when the dealers brings them in to be processed, it only takes a day for the SOS to process the tags. Therefore, the dealership never sent in the paperwork until 29 days after the purchase of the car. The SOS advised us to come and get a replacement tag for $5.00. Needless to say, we still havent heard from the dealership. The sales rep never called and neither did the supervisor . I mean, they never stop calling me to come in when they wanted my business. Now that they had my business, I didnt matter anymore.

This place has the worst customer service ever. When I got my car I wasnt told how much my car note would be until they printed up all of my paperwork and asked me to start signing. It took over three weeks got me to get my license plate that Im sure they didnt even request until my second time asking for it and the day before my temp plate expired. I was not given another temp plate. I had to raise hell until they gave me a dealer plate. And they gave me a hard time getting that after I expressed that I work 8am-10pm Monday-Friday and I didnt have time to come into the office. Two no the later in trying to get an oil chair and I called the day before for the service center hours. I was told they close @ 6 then put on hold- the call hung up on me. I come at 5:30 on a Friday I called ahead and no one answered buy the hours say 6 and I didnt get off work until 5. Im outside the garage honking and calling right way for ten minutes before someone finally turns the lights out in the service center and comes outside and tells me the oil change guy leaves at 5... Im like so why wasnt I told that the day before. She just walks away. I called four times and was redirected to a voicemail or hung up on every time. I wish I never brought my business here.

!!CAUTON!! DONT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THIS PLACE. PLEASE READ B4 BUYING A CAR FROM HERE. Below is my review that was written while sitting there. One I felt pressured to write it, the deal was not done yet but I went and made a nice comment anyway. Little did I know that this place would not give me my license plate, they have me driving on expired Paper Tags I had to call they had no idea where my plate was magically 10 minutes later it was there but yet they should have called meweeks ago to tell me it was in. This place is Very Unprofessional they brought me a car to test drive that was dirty as hell pop bottles empty cigarette containers all underneath the seat dog hair, & stains all on it try to go and get it cleaned several times waited over an hour once still never got my car clean I would not deal with this place whatsoever unless you feel like dealing with some unprofessional people the only reason why I still got the car from them is because I was desperate I really needed a car next time no. Ms Lou was awesome. Very honest & patient. I wasnt sure if I would like the vehicle she picked but I did! She worked with me & I left with a 2015 vehicle.

God is good! I walked into the dealership on Monday evening and spoke with Kimmie. It wasnt even twenty-four hours later Kimmie called me and told me to pick up my vehicle. I was very shocked. When I got there she still was telling the truth. I havent financed a car in several years and my car note is phenomenal. With Rightway there was no messing around like other dealerships, having to show your whole life story and give everything you own. No Kymmie was honest up front and told me how she was going to help me. I wasnt even going to go to rightway, but I went. First and foremost I thank god. Theres was a reason I was turned down other places, Two I thank Kymmie just for her excellent customer service, honestly and belief. Next, the employees Kymmie manager for putting in the extra work and not settling for less making sure I have a nice car and not high interest. Angela for assisting me with my car and very nice. This place is awesome! The staff is the best ever in the industry of cars. WJLB, I listen to them every morning and now Im driving. I followed my heart and receive a wonderful gift. My boyfriend and I came in a couple days ago thinking we werent going to get a car the same day or ever considering his credit isnt that great. But Elnora Coleman helped us as much as she could and even stayed 3 hours later after they closed just to make sure we got a car that day. Sure enough, she pulled up with 3 different cars and let us pick which one would fit us better. She went way above and beyond for us and I would recommend her to anyone. She is awesome at her job and I was so happy she did this for us. Elnora knows what she is doing and she made us feel very comfortable. Anyone that is looking for a car, I advise you to go to Rite Way in Livonia and ask for Elnora. Jhessica seems very nice also but we didnt spend that much time with her. Elnora is the lady to talk to. She will make sure you get a car even if you dont have great credit. I am definitely coming back here for another car soon and telling all of my family members/friends that this is the place to go and Elnora Coleman is the woman to see! She is awesome sauce!!! ;)

So one day me and my baby got on the bus going to right way after along day looking for a car when I walked in there was a blessing right at the door waiting Mr.Ted. my first day I was missing paper work so I had to go back when I say he tried everything so that I could drive that day he was pulling from every where but my job didnt care so I had to wait until Friday and when I went back Mr Ted worked it 1000% he had it in his heart that I would not have to get the bus with a baby and a oxygen tank after that day he did just that not only way I driving off the lot but I was in a 2016 after I was told that the highest of year was a 2010 yall dont understand I had a 2002 ford and not for 5 months and went right to a 16 U HAVE TO SEE MR TED HE HAVE A HEART FOR HIS. JOB AND FOR PEOPLE HE NOT FAKING IT TO MAKE IT JUST BECAUSE HE HAVE TO MR TED IS THE REAL THINK HE WILL GO OUT OF HIS WAY TO MAKE SURE YOU AND YOU FAMILY IS IN A CAR OF YOUR DREAMS THANK YOU MR TED YOU ROCK MY BABY LOVE HER NEW CAR
