STAY AWAY !!! DONT BUY A CAR HERE. The owner Pat will take advantage of you, rob you blind, and make it seem as if hes doing You the customer "a favor". He does crooked business, he will falsify information to the bank just to sell you a car, that isnt worth the finance price. My car needed work he promised me his amateur mechanic would fix it. Everytime I go there, the mechanic is never available. Total repair from Volkswagen is going to cost $2500. Not to mention hes rude left a voicemail on my phone stating "were going to have a problem". I wish Id never given this trash lot of a dealership my HARD EARNED CASH.

This place was not entirely honest about everything. The car broke down 6 months after we bought it, and it was a later year. Additionally, they stated the registration had to be done through them; however after paying about $400 for it (the normal price for first time registration in FL), we had to go get the tag renewed the very next month. The person at the DMV informed me the dealership has the option to tag it through the following birth month of the owner, or the following year. So they opted to save a few bucks and/or not offer the option to us. A generally distasteful experience.

Pat is a great guy. Super helpful. I read the other reviews and have to say, I waited a good month before rating to see how my car was. You are buying from a used car lot, you as the consumer need to take some responsibility for your purchase. I paid and brought a personal mechanic to help me choose a mechanically sound car. Pat was more than open to having the mechanic look them over, that in itself says a lot about the owner. I love my car! Payments exactly where I needed! Would definitely go back, but definitely bring a professional to help you choose. They are, after all used.

Bought a care there back in 2011, was easy to get financed even though I had poor credit, wonder why. Now I know. We were told that the 2009 care we bought still had a factory warrenety, found out later that it did not, within a month of buying the car we started having issues, icnition coil, air conditioner compressor, windshield wipers, ( did not work) seat belts, (would pull out and when they did and put on the brakes they would lock on you). and no lights on the whole back of the car. (we would have had to have the care rewired for the lights to work).

This place is extremely crooked. I bought a car from here and before I pulled out of the car lot the sun roof of my car stopped working. I told them about before I left. They told me they would handle it the next day and never did. I have a warranty that they are not honoring. Ive been trying to get this fixed for the last 3 weeks. Please stay away from this place

Was refered by a few coworkers to go to see Pat at the car connection to get a car. My credit was poor and I had only 800.00 down. They took care of me and got me financed on a nice clean car. I have had no problems with this dealer and will buy there again. It seemed very easy an there are no salesmen, I dont like dealing with salesmen.

Bought a Suzuki here last year and all I can say it has been the best car that I have ever had I havent had any problems and Pat was an awesome guy to work with. I have even referred a few people here and told them how great my experience were. I will definitely buy another car from here in the near future!

Run from this place before it is too late. Trust me dont even consider stoping on this lot. If they could hold a gun to you head in order to take your money they would. Since they are not able to they use lies. Regular common criminals. Run Run Run!

Pat is a snake and he will leave you to dry after your car starts acting up and expect you to pay for it , he can get you a car but he isnt to be trusted once its in your hands . Horrible dealership .
