Update 7-14-17: Contacted by Greenway. Talked to Joshua. Promised to help get everything straightened out. Working on getting my car in and looked at. Update 8-4-17: After everything, it seems that the original owner probably knew about the flooding. Might have been a factor in why he/she sold it. It would be impossible to miss if youre the owner. I dont see how Greenway would put a car with a flooding problem on their lot. Joshua got my car into their shop. I believe they gave a solid effort to fix the problem. The trunk is not leaking anymore. There does seem to be one small leak where the convertible top is concerned when I sprayed a good amount of water from the hoses shower setting. It doesnt seem to leak though with the rain that weve been getting, so hopefully the majority of it is fixed. Learned some lessons about purchasing from a dealer (always bought directly from private owners) and also about convertible tops. After some research, it seems that once a top starts to go, its near impossible to fix completely. Most likely, the top will need to be replaced altogether before too long. With that said, I do appreciate the effort that Greenway put into fixing my car and their decision to implement simple solutions that should help prevent someone else from slipping through the cracks from a customer service standpoint. The only thing preventing me from giving 5 stars is that they refrained from giving me a water damage analysis or cleaning up the mess from the flooding. While it is impossible to to know exactly how much damage the flooding might have done, it would have been great to know if there was any visibly substantial damage, other than the mess that it made in the trunk. Plus, Im still not sure that the smell is gone. This is something that well just have to agree to disagree on I guess. A lesson learned for sure if I ever buy another used convertible. Other than that, they did work to take care of me and my car. I am grateful for that. [Editing original review to reflect Greenways attempt to handle the situation.] Long story short, bought a 2010 Mustang convertible recently. After giving it a carwash for the first time, I learned that the vehicle leaks. Whenever I wash the car or it rains, the drivers side will drip and the trunk floods (as it turns out, the passenger area behind the back seats, where the top folds down for storage, gets soaked/flooded). Attempted to bring the vehicle into the service station, where they wanted to charge me just to look at it. Attempted to call a sales manager 3 times and received no response in return. Finally, Joshua Mowry, the sales associate who sold me the car, got in touch with me. He explained that the best route to take was to contact him first, directly. I will certainly remember this in the future. He promised that Greenway would get the flooding taken care of. I then received a call from a lady higher up in the sales chain. Working third shift, I was sleeping when she called, so unfortunately I do not recall her name or her exact position. She reassured me that steps were being taken to help improve customer service in similar situations. It sounded like I had essentially slipped through the cracks.

Buyer Beware,My experience with Greenway Ford, what should have been a nice fun experience in buying a new car turned into a living hell.I was recommend buy a good friend to go look at the Ford Focus, which I did who is now totally embarrassed about ever recommending to Greenway Ford.I went there test drove a 2017 Ford Focus, and loved the car.I told my salesman I would like to buy the car. What should have been a hr.at the most experience turned out to be a 8hr.mess.My loan manager ,and management was constant miss communicating with my salesman which was making him look totally incompetent ,which was not his fault at all,the poor guy had to keep apologizing, for management. We went back ,and forth till I had made up my mind enough is enough, and almost put all my stuff back into my old car,and left, after we finally made a deal, then hear came management over a $1000 of the date to give them in good faith,I think I showed good faith sticking out all the miscommunication that I,and my salesman endured. There was a phoney, and I mean you could see right through her phoney image, until I almost laughed, back to my point,so right as Im about to leave her she comes about this good faith money, and my loan manager happened to come out ,and ask whats going on,I asked to make sure every thing was in order, could I have at least 2 more days to bring in my socalled good faith money, and he said sure no problem,if it was that easy why did this phoney general assistant sales manager say no we cant do that which Im sorry to say made her look like a total fool. She just walked away feeling not so competent .Not a very good display of trying to be professional in front of a consumer .Know Im appreciated what my loan manager did for my that was very nice of him.The only thing with my loan manager that I did not like is many times he addressed me as bro. Im not a bro.as a consumer I expect a little more respect than that, and would have liked to have been addressed as Mr.Fowler.I would like to say thank you to my salesman Josh poor guy really tried to help, and be there for me with all the miss communication management was putting him through ,he was a great guy through all the mess that was handed to him.To the Greenway dealership management you should be ashamed for what you put my salesmen, and I through.Do know word of mouth,Facebook, and Twitter go a long way,for my friends now of my experience, and its sad when a good friend has to apologize for recommending your company, thank you Josh for all you did for me,and I apologize that you had to go through that hell with me,you get a A+ as a salesman. To consumers,if you have OK credit like I did,all I can say is Consumer BEWARE,Greenway Ford gets a D+ in car buying experience .

I had a very poor experience at Greenway Ford over the weekend. I was interested in purchasing a 2017 Ford Escape SE that I saw listed on your website as 0% APR at 60/72 months with $5000 in rebates (see screenshots). However, when asking my salesperson about this they notified me that it should have been listed as "OR" on the website. Nowhere on the website did it show that these incentives were not stackable and in fact after speaking to Ford Corporate (2 days after) they noticed the same. I went back in on Monday to hopefully finish the deal. In speaking with a manager I was told that I could not talk to your legal team because they would not be the ones to handle this issue of the false incentives. In any other good business it would be adequate to abide by what is marketed online as it is false advertising if not. I was told that Greenway Ford would not give me what is listed online and they would have to change what is online. This is unacceptable. To make things worse, I also agreed upon a 2.9% APR near the end of the deal (over the weekend) with the salesperson and then when I went into the financing office I was told they could not do any lower than 4.6% which raised the price of the car $1,200+ more than the agreed upon deal. This is why the deal did not get complete and I had to go back 2 days from then. They would then not do anything to help out with this price increase. After showing multiple people the website and trying to reason with them, I was still told there is nothing more they could do. The manager then asked if I would do it for the original 2.9% and I said maybe so he tried to make that happen but they would not budge on price and instead they offered a couple free oil changes to try and get me to purchase the vehicle (not anywhere close to the value increased by Ford). This overall experience was pretty awful and I had been a loyal Greenway customer until this point whereas I would never go back to this dealership. False advertising is a very poor practice and should really be looked at by your legal team. Ive attached the screenshots below of the incentives that were not delivered by Greenway Ford.
