They dont even deserve 1 star. Jeff is simply rude and a liar. The first issue I had with them was my tag. They lost my tag and said they couldnt print a new temp tag for me so they told me to just drive on the expired one and if I got pulled over no big deal...to who, you of course because you wont be getting the ticket!!! I had to drive on an expired tag for almost 2 weeks.They sold me a car and not even 2 weeks later the electrical systems started shutting down ( headlights and high beams dont work), air bag malfunction light is on, windows stopped rolling down, alarm stopped working and the worst part is the transmission is slipping. I also took it in for an oil change because the engine was making a noise and the mechanic tells me hey you know there is no oil in this car right? So, wow they were trying to get me to blow the engine on the car. When they sold me the car they said it had gone through and passed all inspections and just had an oil change...LIE!!! I brought it in for their "mechanic" to look at it and they tell me he cant fix so it will need to go to Ford for multiple days. They then proceed to tell me that I will have to pay for the bill on whatever is wrong with the car that Ford finds. I have asked if I could trade the vehicle in and would even put down a new down payment and they have told me no. This is my only vehicle and I cannot afford to rent a vehicle while Ford tries to fix the car and then bill me probably thousands of dollars. This car is not worth it and I am literally scared to drive the car I just purchased 2 months ago. DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM HERE!!! THEY ARE LIARS AND SCAMMERS!!!!

Horrible service this has been the worst dealership Ive ever dealt with the General manager Jeff is very disrespectful even hanged up the phone in my face stating that he will not deal with me. He also states that he is the highest staff in the company and theres no one over him. Im paying for a vehicle that hasnt driven since September of 2016 the warranty that they claim the vehicle has is useless I had my car towed to them to be worked on it sat there two weeks before they even looked at it then when they did Jeff stated they couldnt fix the car it had to go to dodge dealership they took my car to dodge without consulting with me first then Jeff stated that dodge refused to looked at the car Ive been calling for updates making payments on a disable car for months and no one will help. I will never buy a car from such horrible people again! Antonio was and always will be the best they ever had!

Its been a struggle trying to find a car. After 2 car accidents and really no credit history i wanted to give up. Deal time came through! Customer service is always top notch and fast. Not only were Angel and Jeff able to accommodate my car needs, they also worked with me on pick up payments. I cant describe or even put into words how much i appreciate these guys. On top of Geico ripping me off monthly in payments Jeff was also able to assist me in getting better and affordable insurance! Deal time didnt only help me but they are the first to give me another chance after lots of adversity... Im forever greatful... Sencerly one SATISFIED customer

this place is super shady and rude. You go to their website and almost every single car says CALL FOR PRICE! So i call about a 2012 Hyndai sonata with 76k miles on it. I get told $17,995...i say "excuse me? did you say basically $18,000? Thats practically the price of a brand new 2016." I get told, "Then why are you calling me then?" I then say "Because your website says CALL FOR PRICE. if you website had any prices, then i wouldnt have bothered to call. click!" Rude, Unprofessional and EXTREMELY OVER PRICED. Whats wrong with these people??

My experience here at deal time was phenomenal!!!!. Angel was AMAZING!!!! He was so helpful the managers were all so friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere was REMARKABLE!!!!.....I love it here and I recommend anyone to come if you are in need of a car. Angel was patience and understanding he did not show any sign of frustration with dealing with me. I am forever grateful that I actually took the time come inside wish I would have done it sooner. I am extremely happy beyond words. Thank you Angel!!!!

We are very happy! After all the other dealerships we had talked with, nothing compares to the service and price we got with Deal Time! They dont check your credit, they dont waste your time! They even had our super clean GMC Yukon delivered from another location the next day. Jeff is a Sales God! No seriously he will make your life easier and this was a stress free car buying experience. I am a Disabled veteran and had bought a car from jeff pflum was going thought a job loss because of my disability after I bought the car I had emailed jeff because I had no phone to ask for more time or options well he said he never got an email, but now I am getting emails from him asking me to join him on an other website. Worst part is he didnt even care when I called.

Deal Time helped me out tremendously! Was in need of a car to get to work back and forth and they came thru! Zach is the best! Go see him. I had to take away a star because they high mileage cars are highly overpriced but I cant complain because no one else would give me a car with the situation I was in!
