My wife and I have purchased 2 cars from them, 4 and 6 years ago. Both experiences were great. This past weekend I inquired about a van they had for sale. I was told that the sales manager, Shawn Mcarthy, would call be back in a few minutes. Several hours later, still no call. I call them 10 mins before they close and was told by Shawn that they closed in a few minutes and would hear from him bright and early at 9 am, as I explained I had to work at 11. No call. I called them before they closed at 5, still was not able to speak to Shawn, and was told by another manager that Id get a call at 11 on Sunday when they opened. No call until 3 pm. I had a mailer from them to me stating that they would pay 2500 more for my than it was worth. According to KBB black book trade in value, my trade is worth $9200. They refused to go above $8500, and if they did give me $9000, they would have to charge full retail for the van, which they incorrectly claim is $16900. Retail price on the van according to KBB was $14,700, which is the price they had advertised on their website. So not only did they not honor their mailer sent directly to me in reference to my specific trade, but they did not honor the price on their website. When my wife who had also bought a car from them brought our vehicle for them to inspect, Corey, the internet sales manager, was extremely rude and kept repeating that "its a numbers game" when she would ask questions that he did not have an answer for. I called to ask what the deal was and Corey was arrogant and rude to me as well. This was by FAR the worst experience Ive ever had with a dealership. I will no longer be referring friends an family to Deland Nissan and will obviously not be giving them my business in the future. OVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Saw a car online and requested more information through the website. Contacted by Sean and was given more details, etc. Drove in, Karlene greeted me, went for a test drive, and withing minutes decided I wanted to drive my new car away. I was shown and given a car fax, and was told by both Sean and the sales manager how proud the previous owner was of the condition of the car. He jumped on the computer and looked-up the previous owner, saw that he traded it for an Altima, and lived in Ocala...middle of the state. I paid cash for the car and signed all the papers. One of the pieces of paper I was given stated that they wouldnt give my information to anyone, being that they didnt have to run a credit report... Within a week I started receiving mailings from all sorts of insurance companies, extended warranty opportunities, Honda certified service coupons etc. Heres the kicker, after the first time it rained, I noticed some extreme problems with the paint, and upon inspection...the entire car had been painted, rear glass replaced, tail lights werent original, even the liftgate hydraulics had been changed. I went back and forth with Sean about contacting the original owner regarding the accident and to try and find out whats up....but thats when he stopped corresponding. Lesson for all...salespeople say whatever they can to make the deal. They certainly all seemed very nice when i had my checkbook.

Bare bones repair facility, had two vehicles under warranty turned away because they are not an authorized repair facility. First it was for my Infiniti g35c (that have nissan logos and parts plasted all over the veh, yet a nissan facility cant fix the car even thought Nissan Altima and Maximas share components, including the same engine [vq35de]). Later I took my nissan altima hybrid and that veh got turned away as they are not a hybrid repair facility ether, yet they service nissan plug-ins. I get it, to be authorized for additional segments of Nissans

Run away as fast as you can! I brought my 92 year old mother in law to look at possibly leasing a Sentra. While we waiting for them to give us a value for her car we discussed the lease terms. All is good so far. Now we get the appraisal for her car, they offer 6k. OK great! Lets start working on the paperwork. Then the Sales Manager comes in, we will call him Mr. Weasel. Mr Weasel starts reading me the terms and spits out a value of $700 dollars for her trade now! So I of course stop him and say no your sales guy showed us 6k. Mr. Weasel then says I dont know where that number came from. Really Mr. Weasel you dont know? Arent you the sales manager? Of course he knows. He then has the nerve to say did you really think its worth 6K. I said yes and so does your sale guy. So long story short, I go back and fourth with Mr. Weasel for a few minutes and then we left never to return. We headed over to the Honda dealer in Lake Mary where we didnt get hit with any BS. PS - to owners of this place if your readying this you should fire that dishonest rat.

I came in a couple weeks ago with a check engine light, panicking about it, and met Jerry Sprague the first time. He worked to diagnose the car, and we thought we had it figured out, a loose fuel cap! I left happily but a few days later that pesky check engine light came back, so i went back to see Jerry, and he had the mechanics dig deeper to discover the actual problem, a hole in an accordian hose causing a gas vapor leak. Jerry was so awesome about it, ordered the part and set an appt for me to come in the following week for the repair, and he called me later in the week to tell me the part was in and that additionally, he would have a rental car waiting for me also! I brought my car in yesterday, drove out with the rental and then very promptly, Jerry called me as soon as my car was finished and got me back on the road in my own car! I cant say enough good things about Jerry, and about Deland Nissan. It was the best decision I ever made to walk in this dealer at the suggestion of a friend, and buy my car! Thank you so very much!

My husband and I purchased our Nissan Maxima from Deland Nissan on Sunday 7-10-16. Chase Wiese was our salesman & he was awesome. He helped David & I get the best for our trade in & helped us get the best deal we could get. He did not make us feel pressured & will not hesitate to help us learn to navigate all the wonderful features in our new car. He even came in on his day off to help us with the purchase. I highly recommend Deland Nissan & make sure to ask for Chase Wiese, you wont be sorry. Hell give you his full attention & help you in anyway he can. I also want to give 2 thumbs up to Ryan Hopkins our finance guy. He was also awesome & explained every thing we needed to know step by step as we were signing our paperwork. These two guys went above & beyond to make our buying experience a happy one. Also... we love our 2016 Nissan Maxima :) Cant really rate the repairs department yet because we havent had any repairs yet. But Ill keep you posted!
