The Arya

Worst place to purchase a car. I reported them to BBB! To start, they have the worst customer service! There was only one guy there that was nice and because Ive spoken to so many idiots there I cant think of the nice guys name. The car drove fine during testing but the seatbelt sensor was broken. I spoke to a friend mechanic and he said easy fix. So I thought Id go ahead and buy and they promised to have all repairs fixed, the door was jammed as well. On the drive to the mechanic which was around the corner the mechanic says that I have to make an appointment so I did. I pull out and drive not even a half mile and the car stops in the middle of the freaking road!!! I was like God let me know if I made the right decision with this car. After finally getting the car home and back and forth to the mechanics to be repaired, I get a call saying the car isnt fully insured. I didnt know but according to them its my fault because I drove it off the lot. Umm no, its ur fault for selling me the car and allowing me to. Then gives me 3 hours to get the ins or bring the car back. Because of the way they were talking to me I felt this was my sign the car was not for me. I dont do business with unethical people. I could have gotten full coverage but I was done being treated like crap and wanted to take my business elsewhere. Then tgey call me the next day "is this Arya" like they know me. I said yes. "Well this is Diamond Auto. Did you get the insurance fix if you didnt you need to bring tge car back or we will reposes it." I was like I took that car back yesterday good bye and hung up. 30 days later still dealing with this nightmare business because they refuse to tell my ins company that I gave the car back! Then I 3 way them and this Cliff guy proved me right to my ins that they were unethical and rude! He said this is a waste of time and I said I know, I agree. Then hes like no you are a waste of time you wasted our time. Really Cliff? I wasted yours? If you really wanted to get rid of me you should have sent the statement when I first asked you to! He hung up on us and my ins agent said I should report him and the company because that was definitely unprofessional! So guys beware... You have been warned!

The worst place to ever buy a car, they didnt let me test drive the car before I brought it, the stereo didnt work in it, they charge me $9,000 for the car and the book value is only $3,000, when I tried to trade the car in to another dealer Diamond auto sales told the new dealer I owe more money on the car than what I really did, I am not happy with the car and told them that they told me to bring in more money then they would let me upgrade to a better car smh they are crooks!! I HATE THEM I am going to file a report with the state and BBB

RUN, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS CAR LOT. They are a total scam!!!! They sell you vehicles that do not have things working in them. They state they have the vehicles inspected. Again another lie. My husband purchased a Mercedes SUV for me and nothing but lie after lie after lie. Jassie is the son, of the owner, worthless and knows nothing about cars. Camel is suppose to be the head guy. Again lies after lies after lies. They do NOT stand behind their cars. Again, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!

We received fast courteous service from them and Dan has been amazing, so much so in fact we are trading in with them again. Both cars this time.
