Updated: I made a mistake in dmv mailing address. They helped me out straight with patience! Not the biz that take your money and kick you out! Very satisfied! Recommend to every of my friends in FL! LOLLLLL Last month I bought my dream car at RPT sale. Cole is my sale and he is excellent! I am an out of state buyer and looking for specific color combination for my future car. They had one right in the showroom (pic said) and it is very newbie (aka super low mileage). I called in and asking for some information. No hassle, no spam, Cole just told me everything what I want to know. The price is fair for me then I decided to make the purchase by financing. My first financed car, I tried months before to grab a low rate never make it as low as I want. They made it! RPT found me a very good deal for first financed buyer. I am sold. Then we talked about the down payment. Cole was still the man by me. I asked to split the down payment to 2 different credit cards and it was very ok for them. Then I called my bank to give them a notice for the large purchase. It stil failed the first time but the next day morning they tried again and the transaction went through. In the entire process, Cole and RPT team were nothing but patient! Every call was there to make me update what they are doing what I need to do to get this done. I never felt pushed! Very positive experience in purchase! They also sent me tons of the paperwork overnight for me to sign but the envelop I thought was my roomies so I ignored it for couple, or 3 days. Then they called me to ask if I receive the letter from UPS. I asked my roomie and she was also surprised and handed it to me said "it is yours. I left it for you on table, You dont realize it?" Well, my mistake. I tried my best to sign everything with brief reading and mailed it by UPS last pick up deadline. In the same time, Cole and his team found me couple shipping options with both quote for both open and close cargo. I made the choice and they dealt with the company for the shipping detail. I just laid on my boss chair and relax. Shipping is not that smooth because first time I did not mail the paperwork back on time and the second time the driver missed the biz hour of RPT. I am not rush to see my gift like in the christmas morning. BTW actually the result is even better. I got my car in the weekend! They also have the follow up contact with me to make sure I am all set. Very sweet. I like their service and am very appreciate with the out of state purchase experience! I also have a special thank you for my sale, Cole. Thank you so much for your professionalism in all the purchase, finance, shipping, and follow up. You are far way beyond dealership a.k.a friendship! If I have a chance to travel Orlando, I do visit you guys!

Had an overall positive purchase working with Rod. Was a little turned off when finance manager Frank was trying to force me to use their preferred lender at a higher APR, after I had already signed documents with my banker and everything is set to go with my lender. Im glad I clarified it with my banker, as perhaps sometimes dealers will push another financing deal to get more out of it. Im still giving them a positive review because their selection of automobiles was great and the dealer, Rod, was great to work with. I was actually going to buy a second car with them as we speak, but will hold off on that now in light of what happened. If you go with them, just be extra careful with the financing part of it. It appears they will try to get you on that end. Stand your ground. Perhaps it helped me that I was already pre-approved elsewhere. From this experience, I will likely go with carmax for my next purchase, instead of the local mom and pop dealer. ADDENDUM: The owner Tony and dealer Rod tried to appease the situation, and in the process Frank continued to be involved by stating that they had already received money from the bank he wanted to deal with. However, based on my conversation with the bank he wanted to deal with, they were still waiting on a couple items from me in order to finalize the deal. So, in light of this, it only solidifies that Frank is either confused or the bank he prefers is confused , both of which are not satisfying situations. Ive bought many luxury cars since I like to trade in my car every 2-3 years. Ive never had a dealer refuse (or attempt to refuse) a bank I was pre-approved with. Im dropping this from 4 stars to 3 in light of the fact something is not adding up, and if there is one thing I cannot stand it is dishonesty. My 2 cents: come pre-approved if you go with these guys. I sense they are getting incentives by working with the preferred bank or profiting from you in some capacity, otherwise I dont see why theyd try so hard to push something that will cost the buyer more. Frank will try to argue that the money from his lender has been received, but based on my conversation with his bank, it had not been finalized. Thats gross negligence on the part of the banker if Frank is telling the truth.

I just would like to say Thank you John Tude. the best sales person over there. Very honest. The car that i liked there was over the miles that my bank would approve with less interest%. He could try to get advantage and try to ruin my credit, but He was honest and gave me the best advice how to get a better loan when you have a new credit. He didnt push and he didnt make thousands of personal questions just to give me a bill of sale. I tottally recommend. I wish had more people like him, more proffesionals that care offer the best for the customer and not what is best for them.

Before purchasing a used vehicle from RPT Sales & Leasing I implore you, have the car checked out by a mechanic. They will give you the hard sell on a third party warranty and for good reason – the cars they sell are not necessarily in good condition. I purchased a car from RPT on Friday, March 25, and made the mistake of not having the car checked out prior. After having an inspection performed post-purchase I learned that the car has a shock mount problem, oil leaking from the transmission, the rear shocks need replacement, the axel and seal need replacement – essentially, the car needs repairs in excess of $1,500.00 and I haven’t even owned it a week. I informed the general manager, in writing, that I have experienced problems with the vehicle, but of course he did not offer to assist in any way. I take responsibility for not having the vehicle checked out, but trusted the reputation of RPT based on Google reviews and believed the car to be in good condition. In fact, the dealer had me sign a contract which states “seller has inspected the vehicle and that it is in good working order.” I’m not sure yet how to qualify that but I am definitely disappointed in my experience and would not buy from them again.
