Recently I had been searching for a specific Pre-Owned vehicle, as a long time Fields Auto Group customer I immediately searched their dealership chain inventory of vehicles and came across the perfect FJ at Land Rover Orlando. I stopped in to check it out and turned out to be perfect, every package and feature I wanted. After getting the basics salesman Matt Yates told me the dealership was "haggle free" and the best price was presented up-front, the price that was given to me was $3,900 above average retail, with the understanding everyone is in the business to make money. I made them a reasonable offer with the hopes that a previous returning customer added value, which it did but not to the number I would have liked. After multiple conversations about negotiation back and fourth we agreed upon a number, at this time it was Saturday night minutes before the dealership closed and understood they were closed on Sundays, with that said Matt and I agreed to close the deal on Monday. Monday morning came around and a great amount of pressure was put on myself to be down first thing that morning which couldnt happen due to meetings, and classes but the vehicle "was put on hold for me" till I could come down during the late morning early afternoon. Matt had sent a text to me stating that another customer was potentially coming to look at the vehicle and that I should come down, but he would keep me updated on that sale (this was around 11AM). After going to the bank, getting a cashiers check for the vehicle I headed to the dealership and arrived at 12:45 - I immediately knew something was fishy as Matt approached me with confusion and stated that the vehicle had been sold behind my back even though it was being "held" for me and no apology for the wasted time and effort was given. I have never felt so misled by a representative from a very well know and high-end auto group such as Fields. This dealership should be ashamed to have the Fields name on their building, and I would highly urge potential customers shop at another dealership.

My company was recently in the market for a new Truck. Land Rover of Orlando, had a vehicle that matched what I was looking for. After reviewing it online and contacting Land Rover of Orlando, I was pleased to find the vehicle still available and priced as shown. Later that day I went to look at the vehicle, after buying numerous vehicles in my life, I was not looking forward to another dealership experience. When driving away, in the new truck, not 2 hours after arriving, I was stunned how enjoyable the entire purchase experience was. To have a professional staff whose sole goal was to make myself, the client, happy and meet the excellent standards of the Land Rover company, was very nice. Though I did not purchase a Land Rover, you would have never known the difference in service. They had a straight forward pricing system, and I strongly advice others to check out used vehicles from the Land Rover dealership here in town, as well as other Fields dealerships. We were advised that all of the Fields dealerships in town use a similar, straight forward, used vehicle, pricing system, in order to keep non dealership vehicle numbers low. In general it was a surprisingly good experience. I would recommend anyone interested to at least check out the inventory at Land Rover Orlando, because if they have something that works for you, you will be hard pressed to find another dealer with more reasonable pricing, and you will not find one with better service. Obviously if you want a Land Rover you would be doing yourself a disfavor by not engaging Land Rover Orlando. The facilities are of the highest quality around, for any dealership, so your time spent there is not uncomfortable. Erik Alhberg helped us throughout the entire process once we stepped in the door. A true professional and pleasure to deal with. Thanks.

I saw a used audi a4 for sale online. I called the next morning and spoke with Eric in used car sales and told him id like to see it and would be there in an hour. We drove all the way across town to show up and test drive the car. First, the cars engine would shake so much the whole car shook violently when the car was stopped regardless of in park or drive. There was dog hair in the back seat and other dirt all over the car in cracks and under seats. The rear folding seats didnt even lock into place so if i were to get into an accident the person sitting back there would not be safe. After driving the car around the block we brought it back to tell him these problems and more. Eric says "yeah i noticed it shaking when i brought it over before you showed up". Also the check service engine light was on when we arrived back. So Eric, Im wondering why you would let me and my family test drive this unsafe vehicle. Eric then asked me for a deposit if i liked the car and he would get everything fixed(this seems backwards to me, you make a nice clean, safe, and presentable car and then offer it for sale, not the other way around). This was a waste of my time since Eric knew the car was having severe engine issues and failed to disclose this before i drove it off the lot. I told Eric i wasnt interested and then he proceeds to hand the keys to another lady that is ready to show the car to another 2 gentlemen that were waiting to see it. I didnt hang around but id bet they let the 2 gentlemen drive this unsafe car with engine issues again, just as they did with me. Id expect this from Bobs used cars, not Land Rover. Never will go there again.

I was holding out for a 2015 Mustang GT unless something really special came along. In my search, I came across a pre-owned 2012 Mustang Roush Stage 3 at Land Rover of Orlando that caught my eye. I called and set an appointment with Erik to take a look at it. He was very helpful and was even able to make the price a bit better for me. It means a lot knowing that a dealer/salesperson is willing to work with you. When my wife and I arrived at the dealership we were impressed with the overall environment and professionalism of everyone we encountered, and we also knew this was "the" car. I dealt with Robert during the initial test drive and working the deal at the dealership. Robert was great to work with; easy going, enthusiastic, and gave us great service. My wife commented that even though we were not buying a $150K vehicle, we felt like we were treated no differently. Erik stayed in contact with me as we worked out the financing and other details; communication during the vehicle buying process is crucial, and Erik did a great job. We love the car and are already turning heads with it. Its one bad-ass machine! So, if youre looking for any type of vehicle, be sure to check their pre-owned inventory; they may just have something that will exceed your expectations. They exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend them and have already been spreading the word. Great job!!

I purchased a 2016 Land Rover Range Rover Supercharged $100K. The vehicle is faulty turning off on me on the highway. I have taken the vehicle to service 5-6 times for the same issue, they do not want to exercise the lemon law. I relocated to GA, and they advised me to call the Orlando dealership, I spoke with the manager Rusty/Randy he didnt even ask me for my name or vehicle information, he just stated "if you are looking for me to re-purchase the vehicle it is not going to happen" The last time I took the vehicle for service, it lasted two weeks in service, and the first day I picked up, it gave me the same issues. He didnt even empathized with my concerns, didnt provided any customer support. This is the worst experience for me. I have owned many other brands and I have gotten awesome customer support. I never paid so much money for a vehicle in my life, but buying a range rover was the worst mistake that I made. This model is faulty and has so many issues where the service people dont even know how to fix. It is not worthy spending the money and buying a range rover. They dont care about you or the money that you paid. Now Im stock with a faulty vehicle that it just turned 1 year old. DONT BUY FROM THIS DEALER OR THIS BRAND!
