Dave knowingly sold me an unsafe car he bought at auction with extensive, poorly-repaired frame damage. The car was cleaned up cosmetically just enough to look more or less pristine to the untrained eye and was falsely advertised to be in perfect condition based on a clean Carfax report. Being a naïve recent college graduate, now employed full time and excited to buy my first car, I took the Carfax report and Daves assurances at face value and signed the buyers contract (with about 100 different clauses covering the dealerships behind) without having the car inspected first. BIG MISTAKE. Later came to find out the car needed almost $4k worth of repair work to even be safe to drive. When you dine with the devil, use a long spoon. Dont trust these guys for an honest deal, especially if youre buying out of state as I did. These guys are common crooks and have no reservations about selling unsafe vehicles to make a quick buck. Consider yourself warned.

Sold me a car with a "Clean Car Fax" report. I still have to this day the copy of the eBay ad and the "Clean Car Fax" report given to me by them indicating no damage, no problems, no issues reported... yet when I went to trade the car in as a CPO vehicle the "Clean Car Fax" indicated a substantial accident had occurred before the car was sold to me. I can only assume the report was doctored. I purchased the vehicle on 7/19/2007 with a "Clean Car Fax" yet when an updated carfax was used in 2011 for a trade-in there was an accident in 2006 indicating a severe "front end impact with another motor vehicle, vehicle was disabled and towed. The BMW dealer even walked me around and showed me all the parts that were replaced with non-OEM pieces, every body panel forward of the doors and most of the components. These people are crooks, do not trust them for a second.

I found a car at New Line Motors that was priced significantly below most dealers in a 200 mile radius. New Line Motors was prompt in responding to inquiries and negotiations were friendly and reasonable. We agreed on a price and since I was an out of state buyer, I wanted to have the car checked out for previous accidents and routine maintenance needs (tires and brakes primarily) at an independent shop. New Line Motors was agreeable to this and responded to the report with an appropriate adjustment for brakes the car needed. Otherwise the car had only a few minor issues. Overall the car was considered to be in good shape. I purchased it and am happy with my decision so far. I would recommend dealing with New Line Motors along with getting and independently inspection from a body shop and mechanic regardless of what the CarFax says.

The car looks amazing in great condition, when you are getting used car like that, who needs to overpay for the new one. Christmas Hugs! Very satisfied with overall experience. Sales man showed me a few options to consider since I was unfamiliar with 2014 Toyota Camry. We test drive it to get feel for stability of ride. No hard sell tactics which I appreciate. Felt like I got a fair price on the vehicle with the features I needed, sales man spent a good deal of time explaining car features and Bluetooth setup. It helped that he drove a Camry and was very complimentary to that model and style, he really sold me on it. I was actually considering a Honda also but have had Toyotas for the last 10 years. Overall great experience, no buyer’s remorse for me!! Thank you.

This was my first purchase buying a vehicle online and I was a bit hesitant, especially when the car was 850 miles away. I was concerned about the communications and trust of the seller - New Line Motors. As it turned out, Dave from New Line Motors was very helpful and answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. Dave personally picked me up at the airport and the car was all cleaned up and ready to go. As a surprise, he even acquired the floor mats that were missing. I would not hesitate to buy a car from New Line Motors again in the future and highly recommend Dave and Brian.

I went looking for a Cadillac SRX and found a great one at New Line Motors. The price was right, the salesman was gracious and very helpful and the experience was great. The whole dealership, from the greeter to the finance man, was exceptionally helpful, friendly and easy to spend 1 hour with. I would definitely return to New Line Motors and/or recommend them to anyone I know who is looking for a new car Dave was the same salesman as when i bought my first SRX and again was excellent. RUN do not WALK away from this company... bad business ethics... and not to mention he flips cars faster then the accidents show up on the car fax. He sold me a car with a clean car fax report and after having body work done to the same car a few months later I learned that this car had the entire front end and drivers side replaced right before I bought it. I shouldve known better when he told me the car I traded in would be priced to sell so the accident I was just in would not show up on the carfax until after he got rid of it. Do not use!

I just purchased a car from New Line Motors. Dave was very helpful, and it was a great buying experience. They were super helpful and no high pressure sales at all. The car was just as advertised and actually looked better in person than the photos could show, which made me pleasantly surprised.
