WARNING!!!! Read this before even thinking about doing business here. Robert is the Biggest liar there is, was and ever will be. They (OAW) talks a double talk and screws you right from the start. Buyer beware?!?!? If you want to waste your money and get a piece of junk car; this is the place to go. Good luck ripping off you next customers Robert & Zack. Id give you (fellow/future customers) details, but they (OAW) would just deny any transaction took place. They want to appear legit, they just dont know when to quit. Half of these reviews on here are written by Christine or Robert...Nice try guys. Trying to make yourselves look better than you really are! HA! And doesnt Robert just have the Cutest little come backs in his post down below. Watch yourselves Robert, Zack & Christine!

Started casually looking for a truck. Decided if I found the exact truck with all the whistles and bells and a price that I could afford without trading my first born, Id buy it. Saw the Tundra on eBay but went to the website to see how much they were asking. Surprised at the reasonable price, I called and the rest is history! Brian was a great help and kept in contact. Flew to Cleveland, picked up by sweet Zack and arrived in Canton an hour later. Brian had new rear brakes put on earlier that day when he heard noise in the rear when he moved the truck. I was on the road within an hour and a half. Drove home to St. Louis. Great cruising truck. LOVE< LOVE< LOVE it! Thanks go out to Ohio Auto warehouse and their awesome staff.

I was given pictures other than the website pictures of the car I was interested in by my salesman. They showed a few scratches and I was told the car was in "great condition". My salesman even said the backseat looked as though it had never been sat in. After driving 4 hours to see the car I was disappointed in the condition of the car. I wasnt expecting a perfect car but the description was not exactly honest either. ---However I would like to say the owner understood my concerns and cared enough to listen and assure me that this is not an accurate representation of how he liked to conduct business. It was refreshing to see customer service still exsists. Thank you for making it right.

I was looking online for a Honda Odyssey and found one at Ohio Auto Warehouse and several in Cleveland. I looked at the van at Ohio Auto on Monday (it was very clean) and planned a looking trip for Saturday, one of which was a very similar van and similar mileage for less money. I called Ohio Auto about it. When he called me back, he had his numbers ready and was well below the other vans price. We accepted his offer and really like the van. I got the title memorandum to get my plates in 1.5 weeks!! The only down side was he worked by appointment only which really turned out to be no problem at all.

This is the fourth vehicle that I have purchased from Ohio Auto Warehouse, and I am pleased as usual. I am a local business owner and always prefer to do business with other local businesses. With that said, Rob and his associates have once again exceeded my expectations. I have owned several hundred vehicles over a 25 year span, and the best deals that I have achieved were with OAW. Reading some of the negative reviews on here, not possible. I would encourage any potential customer to call OAW and give them a try. These bad reviews have to be bogus. Probably another dealer who cant beat Robs price!

I recently purchased a vehicle from Ohio Auto Warehouse. I drove it home and noticed a big oil leak after letting it sit for a few hours. I called them up and informed them of the leak and they agreed to have one of their mechanics look at it. Their mechanic confirmed the leak and Robert offered to fix the vehicle at no cost to me. It was by no means a cheap fix and my vehicle is leak free now. Brian and Robert are honest and trustworthy guys who go the extra mile to take care of their customers. Ohio Auto Warehouse will be the first place Ill check when i buy my next car or truck!

I was referred to Ohio Auto Warehouse by my Allstate Agent who had purchased a car for his daughter with great success. I have had my vehicle for 7 months now and am extremely satisfied. From the first moment I called, Robert was more than helpful. He found the perfect car for me and even put new tires on the vehicle. Most important, the price was great! Place is a Rip-off. Beware beware!!!! Do not buy or you will regret it fully. Sales person Brian long is a liar and will tell you so many lies to get you to buy and when your gone and have problems he wont do anything. But he say he will. Do not buy do not buy off them scam scam. Also got one key with a keyless button that didnt even work. When was driving car home brakes where metal on metal when we got home had to replace brakes and rotors. Then on top of that it wont strart now. Im totally honest about what happened.

I did all the paperwork online and drove to Canton that day. I test drove the vehicle and was in and out in about an hour. The price I received on the F150 was much lower than any other place. The interest rates they were able to get me were much better than any bank could get me. Robert and Zach were both very helpful. These guys have quality cars priced low. They dont have to act like a used car salesman because their cars basically sale themselves. I will use them again for future purchases.

I cant believe what $2995 got me from this dealership. 2001 Explorer Sport with less than 100,000 miles. I have never been happier with a vehicle than I am now... Almost a year later. Most vehicles they sell are far more expensive and, much nicer than what I bought, but they are in priced 100% fairly. They treated this Ford as if it was the most expensive thing on the lot. They treated me as if I was buying the most expensive thing on the lot. Very honest here. I will be coming back.

My experience with Ohio Auto Warehouse was great. The Pilot looked and drove even better than described. Not only was the price amazing (it was by far the cheapest price I could find online or in person), but they were even able to get me a better financing! My experience overall was the best Ive ever had. I highly recommend this shop. Rob and his staff are very friendly and helpful. Ill definitely be checking in with the Ohio Auto Warehouse for my next auto purchase.

I purchased a Chevy tahoe from OAW that I found on autotrader. Zach went over the condition and offered to facetime me so he could point out some scratches that were hard to see in the pictures. I worked out the details over the phone, had the tahoe inspected at the local chevy dealer and it was delivered to my door. The tahoe showed up as described. This beats sitting in a dealership all afternoon.
