I bought a 2007 acrua Rdx on August 29 first lie the price online was 14997 when I got there they said they had to bump it to 18997 since it was I. House finance , while test driving the car.... The engine light was on and Mac said they will fix it if I boguht it. Upon working the deal another car saleman said 2000down and 245 bwkly and I ask and you will fix the engine light he said yes. When signing the contact they jump the bwkly payment to 268 but I was fine with it. On sept 2 I took the car to the Apopa location and gave it to Wayne, he said he would clear the engine light and if it came back on he can see what it is, I told him I already took it to autozone and it was the catalyst converter bank 1 . He said ok ill order the part..... Two weeks went by and I called and he forgot about it and said bring it in, I brought it back in on sept 16 and guess what they did clear the light again and lied and said he change the censor that night when the engine light came back on I took it to autozone and it was the same code , I took it back the 17th and Wayne said oh we have to wait for the part, at this time its three weeks in and they only give you 30days to fix any issues. I took it back on the 20th and Wayne said he changed the oxygen censor , when I ask him why did he do that when its clear the car is breathing right I told him its a muffler clog bc one of the mufflers is not breathing, he said no it was the cencor, that night the engine came on again, this time I took it to acrua and they gave the same code, the catalyst converter bank 1 basically what I already said there is a clog in the muffler , the tech said they will have to remove the muffler to fix the isuse it is NOT a censor. So Saturday I called motor car concept in Apoka and spoke to scott who said just bring it back on Monday. What these ppl dont realize is that th engine is working over time to breath bc of this clog and I filling the gas tank 3x a week. But Im not the average customer I will and can return the car and do a charge back with my bank since I work for the bank and just go else where and get a vehicle . I have it writting that they would fix the engine issue with th contract so it was not word of mouth. I will take it back it back to them on Monday and see the outcome but I will not loose out. If youre looking for a car thats in good shape and wont cost you thousands in repairs, dont buy from this place. I bought a car from these guys that ended up needing many repairs and costing me more than what I paid for the car. This place will sell you unreliable cars for more than what they are worth. I ended up having to repair the entire front suspension, went through 2 blower motor resistors, had to buy a new blower motor resistor harness. Another car they tried to overprice to sell me was some ford focus that felt like a massage chair and the idiots had the nerve to tell me it was reliable. Stay away from this place if youre looking for a decent car. They even did a cheap repair on the oil dipstick and it costed me putting too much oil in my cars engine. Save yourself the time, money, and dignity and buy from a better place. I also found a GPS device they had in my car and they didnt even think I was going to find it. They also lied to me and told me the convertible top didnt link. It needed new seals, a battery, new tires, and much more Im sure Ill find. They also put the wrong fluids in the convertible tops motor. It was supposed to be Automatic Transmission Fluid but like usual, those guys dont have a clue what theyre doing and they call themselves mechanics. I didnt know jack crap about cars and knew that these guys were just clowns.

WORSE DEALERSHIP EVER! DONT GO THERE!!!!! They lie dont fix your car when they promise, after you get your loan approved they dont do anything they where supposed to do! My ac was broken.... car was missingthe back wind shield wiper, no spare tire, all the tires where blad they promised new ones and nothing... Its been more than 2 months! they refused to give me my car back, I have to call the cops to make them give me keys to my car! They still havent fixed everything promised. The car was dirty had roachs in it, the turning single gear broke, no brake lights were out, I have broughten my car there more than 4 times and each time only a few things where fixed at a time they jus continued to ask me to pay more towards my down payment, after i already paid them 1,300 and they still have not fixd everything. After getting my car back "a cop made them give me the keys" the car smells like burning. Thye have a high turn over too! My car was still not detailed and still dosent run right! They lie and didnt follow thru with anything they said they where, they dont return calls they lied to the cops and its been the worse expericance ever!

Dont even want to give this dealership one star. They are awful!! They sell unsafe vehicles and have no intention of holding up their end of the warranty. Theyve done nothing with our issues with our truck but continue to push us off day after day after day. This is the worst car dealership Ive ever been too. Hopefully soon they get shut down. I hope no one goes to them because its like throwing money in the air. They lie about their services when you purchase a vehicle with them as well. Also, if you dont speak Spanish or understand Spanish you cant communicate with the mechanics which is another reason why they didnt work on our vehicle. Garbage garbage garbage dealership and the manager of the Apopka lot isnt any better. Also, the employees at this location dont know anything about their inventory nor the companies policies.

Leo was the best! He helped me get into a vehicle fast and easy.. He was so caring and went out of his at to make it happen...I suggest anyone to go to LEO! Good experience As I waited for my vehicle to be ready I was hungry and hadnt eaten lunch but Leo shared his lunch with me and that right there shows his character and that he cares for his customers...I was so comfortable with Motor Concepts 2 and very happy with my Jeep! Also Ali was excellent as well! I recommend this location to everyone..head down now and get the vehicle you need today and ask for Leo if hes not at that location hunt him down he will make it happen lol!

THE WORST dealership ever! They are serious scammers here,DO NOT go here! They sold us a lemon and promised to fix EVERYTHING that was wrong with the car and then refused after signing. ALSO stole my car when i went in to get a payment and took it into the garage and installed a GPS and a KILL SWITCH to the ignition which is illegal in the state of FL!! They have scammed hundreds of people. PLEASE do your research before choosing a car lot. I hope Karma really gets these people..
