Sumamente decepcionado por esta visita el día de hoy! Me atendió un muchacho bien amable, decidimos por un carro, Toyota Corolla 2015. Luego de decidir por este carro se hizo el papeleo necesario para la compra del vehículo. Ellos corren mi crédito y obtienen toda mi información personal, absolutamente todo! Rickie el muchacho que me atiende me informa que todo está listo que en 15 min me entregan mi vehículo. Al pasar una hora de espera me parece extraño y me acerco a él y le preguntó que está pasando, a lo que el contesta que su jefe va a hablar conmigo. Andrés, el jefe de Rickie me dice que no puedo llevarme ese carro porque únicamente me aprobaba el crédito para un vehículo 2017. Este no supo explicarme la razón o el motivo por lo cual ellos después de haber firmado todo me niega la entrega del carro. Andrés fue sumamente grosero, al yo decirle que me parecía una falta de respeto de parte de ellos hacerme esperar 6 horas para luego decirme que no y sin darme explicaciones o razones por las cuales no podía llevarme el Corolla 2015, al yo decirle esto el me contesto " Y tú crees que estamos practicando? Mi empleado también perdió cinco horas de su trabajo contigo" . Tengo experiencia con servicio al cliente y definitivamente esa no es la manera de tratar a un cliente! Muy mal el trato y la actitud de este empleado! Por esta razón, por lo grosero y la actitud de Andrés decidí no comprar mi vehículo ahí. Está compañía me afecta directamente luego de haber corrido mi crédito, de haberme hecho firmar todo el papeleo para que a último minuto con una actitud muy grosera decirme que no podía llevarme el carro y que la única solución que existía era que me llevara el 2017 a precios, cuotas e intereses muy altos. Ahora, por otro lado tengo una multa con el seguro viendo que ya este nuevo vehículo había sido agregado a mi póliza y excluirlo el mismo día, otra cosa que me deja mal con la aseguradora sin yo tener la culpa. Asegúrense de que la venta se puede hacer para luego poder concretar y cerrar una venta! EXTREMADAMENTE MAL SERVICIO, FALTA DE PROFESIONALISMO, RESPONSABILIDAD Y INCREÍBLES FALLAS EN ATENCIÓN AL CLIENTE.. Jamás recomendaría este concesionario!

RESPONSE UPDATE (8 OCT 2016) -- BELOW Went there several weeks ago to purchase a used Toyota Camry. Checked out the car, which wasnt in the top shape, but relatively ok. The guy literally told me to take the car somewhere and take a look at it. I was taken back a little bit as I could have taken it somewhere and stripped it out. I asked him to come with me because I needed to take some time to go over the engine and test quite a few things. Having done that and the test drive, we bring the car back and start the negotiation. I asked several relevant but additional questions, and finally ask for the out of the door price. I knew their fees are the highest among all the Toyota dealers in central Florida. I asked for a fair price based on the condition of the car which was a mere 3% less than what they were offering. The financial guy comes and sits down; he doesnt move a needle, maybe $100. Literally 1 minute into our discussion, he says he doesnt want to go back and forth to his desk which was 30 feet away. Utterly disrespectful to the customer, by basically telling me, a minute into the negotiation, that I am wasting his time. I drove 2 hours to see your car and you dont even have a decency to treat your potential buy with dignity? They were more eager to have me out of the door as they let me know they were a very high volume dealership, as if they dont have time to talk to me for more than a few minutes. Well, guess what, you lost a business. Toyota lost a business. As a matter of fact, my mother wanted to buy one too, now I have to let her know to go with other brands -- I sure am. I was trying to be very respectful, and the guy who showed me a car was actually a nice guy, a bit aloof, but treated a potential customer with respect. But then this other guy just waltz in then went off the rail with his condescending attitude and literally wanted me out of the door. Funny part is, the last time I checked (2 weeks ago), the same car hadnt been sold or certified (thats almost 2 1/2 weeks after my visit). P.S. Please stop copy/pasting the same response to every comment by a hired social media accountant. Spotting sock puppet accounts is very easy too. ___________________________________________________________________ Response to the customer care: If you strive not to hire social media companies to create suck puppet accounts and blatantly write favorable and manufactured reviews, maybe you would gain more respect from your "actual" customers or potential customers. I have no qualm with the dealership if the negotiation does not go my way. A seller offers a price, a buyer counters; if both come to an agreement, then they strike a deal. Otherwise, everyone goes on his/her marry way. The issue is that your people were disrespectful towards me by suggesting I am wasting their time the very first time I made an offer. Your financial guy came to my table, agitated, once, and only once. For that 30 feet trip from his desk to my table, he shouldnt have given me attitude. I drove back and forth from your dealership for around 4 hours... not him. And we are not talking about an outrageous counter offer -- a mere 3% less than what you were offering. I even said you give me that price, and Ill write a check right here, right now -- cash. But he said Im wasting his time! Really? Learn some manners. P.S. I just checked your website. The same car HAS NOT BEEN SOLD YET! It has not been serviced presumably as the financial guy said it would and gets certified, and as he put, this is an extremely high volume dealership. The car would be gone in two days. What happened? Its still sitting in your lot, even though its jammed pack with 2017 model! I am so glad that the customers have other options like Mazda 6 and Honda Accord to choose from.

After visiting multiple dealerships in Orlando, we got the best deal at Central Florida Toyota. Having done my car research, I have to say I was not the easiest costumer to deal with, but Juan Becerra made it so easy! He had the patience to deal with us and was always more than willing to go out of his “comfort zone” to make sure we were pleased with all of our requests (as he was able to). I was not looking for just a car, but also a company in which I can trust and develop a relationship to care for my new car for years to come. Juan Becerra did an outstanding job, absolutely no non-sense sales pitch and/or pressure, but rather provided his personal advice on each car and making sure we were pleased with the vehicle of our choice. Después de haber hecho mi research, tengo que decir que yo no era el cliente más fácil de tratar, pero Juan Becerra hizo todo súper-fácil!
